On Army Day everyone can visit cantonment zone but with few restrictions. Cantonment zones are there for security purpose. It protects all citizens irrespective of religions. Hence, these zones become very important area and also there are nothing related to faith or entertainment inside these areas which should be demonstrated to everyone always. However, on a specific day anybody can visit these areas. Mecca should not have been compared with these areas, because- 1. Mecca does not ensure protection to all people. 2. Mecca has no such confidential, the disclose of which could bring threat to the security of all people. 3. Mecca is a place of faith and Godly experience. 4. Quran does not tell to ban other religions from entering Mecca.

Mecca or Madina is not a place of fair or feast. Muslims go to Mecca for ibadat. In mosque ,a Muslim go for namaaz. What is the reason for a non muslim to enter a mosque. The reason of entering mosque is to offer namaaz. Similarly Muslims go to Mecca for Ibadat . It is not a place of Mela

Even when Mohammad (SM) became victorious and returned to Mecca as its sole ruler and nobody had any say against his rulership there were non muslim present there in Mecca....and they were offered forgiveness by Mohammad (SM) himself even though in the past they have tried to murder him several times and did murder his family members ....in fact they were given protection with the tribute of "Zizya"....now days it can be explained as a Saudi diplomacy nothing more than that..Cause come on its already hell of a legal paper work for only muslim to visit there every year at a time..the main Hajj requires only three days of prayer,tawaf,running from safwa to marwa and so on .....but it takes about one month for all people who are supposed to perform the hajj that year to come serially and one month to go serially back to their mother land(at least i have seen this period of required time in my family) .... So its diplomatic and practical decision . And also it should be noted that even for muslims its not that easy to go and perform the hajj even after if you pay the KSA government full money on advance...if you are lucky enough your serial will come on time . So they cant deprive a muslim who has obligation to perform hajj than to let you roam around ... But omrah case is different .But still that have rush too....

Till very recent, I used to believe that "religion does not teach enmity between each other", "All religions are the same, leads to the same path", but after observing the Is'lamic activities happening around the world and in my country, I dig deep into its history of Muhammadanism or Arabic Imperialism, red the core ideology of the "Holy" Qu'ran, and my thoughts turned on my head, some verses of holiness and spirituality:
🔹Qu'ran 2:191 “And kill them wherever you overtake them and expel them from wherever they have expelled you, and fitnah is worse than killing. And do not fight them at al-Masjid al- Haram until they fight you there. But if they fight you, then kill them. Such is the recompense of the disbelievers.”
🔹Qu'ran 2:193 “Fight them until there is no [more] fitnah and [until] worship is [acknowledged to be] for Allah. But if they cease, then there is to be no aggression except against the non believers.”
🔹Qu'ran 2:254 “O you who have believed, spend from that which We have provided for you before there comes a Day in which there is no exchange and no friendship and no intercession. And the disbelievers - they are the wrongdoers.”
🔹Qu'ran 3:28 “Let not believers take disbelievers as allies rather than believers. And whoever [of you] does that has nothing with Allah, except when taking precaution against them in prudence. And Allah warns you of Himself, and to Allah is the [final] destination.”
🔹Qu'ran 3:151 “We will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve for what they have associated with Allah of which He had not sent down [any] authority. And their refuge will be the Fire, and wretched is the residence of the wrongdoers.”
🔹Qu'ran 4:56 “Indeed, those who disbelieve in Our verses - We will drive them into a Fire. Every time their skins are roasted through We will replace them with other skins so they may taste the punishment. Indeed, Allah is ever Exalted in Might and Wise.”

🔹Qu'ran 5:51 “O you who have believed, do not take the Jews and the Christians as allies. They are [in fact] allies of one another. And whoever is an ally to them among you - then indeed, he is [one] of them. Indeed, Allah guides not the wrongdoing people."
🔹Qu'ran 8:12 “[Remember] when your Lord inspired to the angels, “I am with you, so strengthen those who have believed. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieved, so strike [them] upon the necks and strike from them every fingertip.”
🔹Qu'ran 8:39 “And fight (Qa'tal) them until there is no fitnah and [until] the religion, all of it, is for Allah. And if they cease - then indeed, Allah is Seeing of what they do.”
🔹Qu'ran 8:59 “And let not those who disbelieve think they will escape. Indeed, they will not cause failure [to Allah].”
🔹Qu'ran 8:60 “And prepare against them whatever you are able of power and of steeds of war by which you may terrify the enemy of Allah and your enemy and others besides them whom you do not know [but] whom Allah knows. And whatever you spend in the cause of Allah will be fully repaid to you, and you will not be wronged”
🔹Qu'ran 8:65 “O Prophet, urge the believers to battle. If there are among you twenty [who are] steadfast, they will overcome two hundred. And if there are among you one hundred [who are] steadfast, they will overcome a thousand of those who have disbelieved because they are a people who do not understand.”
🔹Qu'ran 9:2 “You ˹polytheists˺ may travel freely through the land for four months, but know that you will have no escape from Allah, and that Allah will disgrace the disbelievers.”
🔹Qu'ran 9:5 “And when the sacred months (Ramadan) have passed, then kill the polytheists wherever you find them and capture them and besiege them and sit in wait for them at every place of ambush. But if they should repent, establish prayer, and give zakah, let them [go] on their way. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.”
🔹Qu'ran 9:17 “It is not for the polytheists to maintain the mosques of Allah [while] witnessing against themselves with disbelief. [For] those, their deeds have become worthless, and in the Fire they will abide eternally.”
🔹Qu'ran 9:19 “Do you ˹pagans˺ consider providing the pilgrims with water and maintaining the Sacred Mosque as equal to believing in Allah and the Last Day and struggling in the cause of Allah? They are not equal in Allah’s sight. And Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people.”
🔹Qu'ran 9:23 “O you who have believed, do not take your fathers or your brothers as allies if they have preferred disbelief over belief. And whoever does so among you - then it is those who are the wrongdoers.”
🔹Qu'ran 9:28 “O you who have believed, indeed the polytheists are unclean, so let them not approach al-Masjid al-Haram after this, their [final] year. And if you fear privation, Allah will enrich you from His bounty if He wills. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Wise.”
🔹Qu'ran 9:29 “Fight (Qa'tal) those who do not believe in Allah or in the Last Day and who do not consider unlawful what Allah and His Messenger have made unlawful and who do not adopt the religion of truth from those who were given the Scripture - [Qa'tal] until they give the jizyah willingly while they are humbled.”
🔹Qu'ran 9:30 "The Jews say, "Ezra is the son of Allah "; and the Christians say, "The Messiah is the son of Allah." That is their statement from their mouths; they imitate the saying of those who disbelieved [before them]. May Allah destroy them; how are they deluded?"
🔹Qu'ran 9:41 “Go forth, whether light or heavy, and strive for Jihād with your wealth and your lives in the cause of Allah. That is better for you, if you only knew.”
🔹Qu'ran 9:73 “O Prophet, carry out Jihād against the disbelievers and hypocrites, and be strict with them. And their abode is Jahannam (Hell), and it is an evil terminus.”
🔹Qu'ran 9:123 “O you who believe, fight (Qa'tal) those disbelievers who are near you, and let them find severity in you. Know well that Allah is with the God-fearing.
🔹Qu'ran 22:19 “These are two adversaries who have disputed over their Lord. But those who disbelieved will have cut out for them garments of fire. Poured upon their heads will be scalding water”

Mecca should not have been compared with these areas, because-
1. Mecca does not ensure protection to all people.

how on earth this is a convincing answer ?... Even when Mohammad (SM) became victorious and returned to Mecca as its sole ruler and nobody had any say against his rulership there were non muslim present there in Mecca....and they were offered forgiveness by Mohammad (SM) himself even though in the past they have tried to murder him several times and did murder his family members ....in fact they were given protection with the tribute of "Zizya"....now days it can be explained as a Saudi diplomacy nothing more than that..Cause come on its already hell of a legal paper work for only muslim to visit there every year at a time..the main Hajj requires only three days of prayer,tawaf,running from safwa to marwa and so on .....but it takes about one month for all people who are supposed to perform the hajj that year to come serially and one month to go serially back to their mother land(at least i have seen this period of required time in my family) .... So its diplomatic and practical decision . And also it should be noted that even for muslims its not that easy to go and perform the hajj even after if you pay the KSA government full money on advance...if you are lucky enough your serial will come on time . So they cant deprive a muslim who has obligation to perform hajj than to let you roam around ... But omrah case is different .But still that have rush too....
