The vtol wasn’t really fair as it hit the ground next to him and not actually the sheild

Your supposed to lock the shield when you test against the scorestreaks. A locked shield cannot be penetrated with a Sentry Gun

Really weird that the sentry gun blasts through it quite easily while the shield turret and XS1 Goliath don't do a thing!

Conclusion: The Ballistic Shield can defend bullets aimed at the metal, The glass can be broken with enough bullets, And in most cases explosives will pass through the shield
I dont think glass can be broken it just looks like that you can
They need to buff shield to be able to hold back against scorestreaks or add riot shield which we can use anywhere, and make it dodge almost everything
So, the Shield protects against bullets, but not Explosives or Heavy Rounds ( Stealth Copper, Sentry Gun, etc.)
If he fortified the shield it would protect against the sentry gun

@@Ratchet2006 I don't think EMP will be effective as only explosive based scorestreaks and operators (also H.I.V.E) were effective against Ballistic Shield. Maybe EMP will work too as in patch notes they said that 1 emp is enough to destroy a Transform Shield. I guess it will probably be EMP, Thermite, Molotov or Frag Grenade.

Pretty dissapointed, I guess I expected It to be an impenetrable shield, I may have expected too much :/
There's so much nonsense with the Sentry Gun and the Stealth Chopper, the Shield can only block some of the Sentry's shots because the Shield user dies eventually to them, and the Stealth Chopper's shots PIERCE through the shield or completely ignores the very existance of the Shield being there and kills the player instantly... HOW NERFED or Missprogramed is that? Or does It have to be? I don't know, seems pretty much unfair.. It's like ripping off the BALLISTIC shield's purpose right there..
BUT, since that problem exists, It can be countered with the "Cold Blooded" Perk, but that doesn't help with explosives, which sucks because it's not enough with the Perk that minimizes explosive damage... This game makes me think so much.
Sentry: It broke the glass (Example: 1:45) and hitted a few exposed spots.
Chopper: Hitted the exposed spots immediately.
Explosives: It's just a front Shield, Not a full body armor like the Goliath.

Bro. I think u did it little bit wrong. U should bring up the shield by pressing aim button so the shield can cover up the body maximum. That's why it doesn't stay longer when shoot by sentry gun.
