На улицах Сеула всегда чисто и мусорить не принято, но на Итэвоне бросить пустую бутылку-это норма. К вечеру там и вправду грязновато, но утром приезжают службы и опять становится чисто.
Относиться к городу и своим и приезжим нужно бережно!!!! Сохраняйте чистоту и порядок! Каждый должен хотя бы выбросить мусор в положение место,вы же все там взрослые и казалось- бы культурные,чистоплотные люди!!! Берегите труды дворников для вашего же здоровья!!! Каждый уберёт за собой и уже порядок!!!

Traditional (and superior) culture. And future stability. Safety also important. Not many countries have all of them.
Itaewon is famous as a representative downtown area of Yongsan-gu and a place where foreigners, foreign products, and foreign culture gather. Although it gained worldwide popularity with the drama Itaewon Class, it suffered a decline at home and abroad due to the Itaewon disaster and the relocation of the U.S. military base in Yongsan. Itaewon is considered a representative multicultural street in Seoul along with Seorae Village in Seocho-gu (a place where a relatively large number of French live). In the past, it was adjacent to the 8th U.S. Army Command (aka Yongsan Base) and developed into an entertainment district for the U.S. Forces Korea, and people from various cultures spread culture to Itaewon, making it a tourist destination for many foreigners. Another reason is that there are many foreign embassies. Itaewon 1-dong has more than 25% of the population as of 2010.
I know Seoul, I went several times. It is enormously beautiful, clean, tidy, very responsible people, etc etc... but not in Itaweon. The two times I visited this neighborhood, it seemed disastrous compared to the rest of the neighborhoods in Seoul. It looks like a neighborhood in Barcelona, Paris or London...dirty, drugs, messy, scandalous and grotesque. No offense intended before the stampede occurred, I knew and expected something like that to happen, and I was not mistaken. If Korea tries to copy the worst of the West, it will generate a weak society with capricious Western teenagers, something that China, Russia and North Korea hope to devastate that peninsula definitively.
