Probably my best meal I've ever eaten was a white bean soup in a small village in Tuscany. The soup came in a wide, shallow bowl and was thick and creamy. Before I could take the first mouthful, the server layered it with a deep covering of olive oil and motioned for me to stir it in. Just magical! I'm sure you also do wonders in your kitchen with your bean collection, Greta. ~ Sandra
Hi Greta! I love onions, but I have not been able to grow them. But the beans have always been easy. It is lovely to see how you preserve all of them, even garlic.🌱🍀☘🌿Happy gardening. Happy weekend.❤
Some amazing onions there Greta and your processing looks so easy but we all know it’s not as easy as it looks sometimes. We are getting rain ☔️ today so I’ll be catching up on videos. Have a great week, Ali 🌦️🇨🇦
