Girl, I pulled a Jordan budget move and then added a twist. Happy birthday to April! One of my Chihuahuas just celebrated her birthday at the end of September and now another Chihuahua just celebrated a birthday at 1 October, my little guy Tucker! At the end of this month, I have another Chihuahua celebrating a birthday lol it’s been a lot of Chihuahua birthdays going on here! Gearing up for my kids to start having birthdays again next month lol so happy to hear that your daughter loves her game room and very proud to hear. She’s doing amazing in school. My daughter did their lower level (I am not allowed to call it the basement anymore). She got a giant sectional, put in 110" tv, yours will make a great living room for you, the couch makes all the difference, it is the key piece!! Happy bday to April. For your mortgage decrease - check your escrow. It could be taxes went down, your insurance went down, or you have an extra balance. Love to pay less!
