Sonam wangchuk ji you are a respected man, not only in the hills but nationwide. Fortunately now you have a chance to represent the people of leh and laddakh because of the support you have gathered with your good deeds over a lifetime. Politics is inevitable in order to make or demand change in a democracy. I choose my words very carefully. Treat for example the country like a family, that too a working class household. Family has limited resources and many to feed. The head of the family sees a bigger picture which the kids are often unaware of. A child may question why can't he/she be given the reason for a demand not being met. The answer is however many years away sometimes, and can only be experienced rather than understood. Politicians reach where they do through a lifetime of personal sacrifices and travelling through muck. Who knows that the picture that they see is contrast to what you see but both are clearly in the interest of the nation. To see the picture that they have access to you will need to get into the system and not only demand but make the change you feel is neccessary.
With respect to the people calling you anti-national, I think everyone has a right of expression and they can be ignored. Actions speak louder than word, who knows it better than you. Keep doing what is in the best interest for your region and the country. And if you can then do run for elections too.

I have been following your videos regularly. Perhaps I may not have understood it correctly but as I read the Govt's stand on the issue which says giving sixth schedule to Ladhakh will limit Govt's power to develop the infrastructure alongside the border which is necessary considering Chinese aggression. I am not a strong BJP supporter but from what we have seen Modi ji's working till now, it seems he may have some far sighted goals for the region, like we saw during and after the abrogation of article 370.
