The Currernt after the fault shall become stable after the fault is gone after a few second. However, the current continously oscllaration and not went back to normal. What could be the reason for that?
Dear friend, the current not going to settle immediate, for settling it will take 3-4 s...here in my simulation (you check Stop Time ) , i mentioned 2s only ... so you view upto 2s ...you chage the Stop time 10 S you find the current normal wave form after 4-5 seconds ....

Add a high-value resistance in parallel with one of the two block. You can also specify high-value resistive snubbers if the blocks have a snubber device.You can avoid the use of the snubber by selecting the 'Continuous' simulation type in the Solver tab of the Powergui and deselecting the 'Disable ideal switching' option in the Preferences tab of Powergui block.
why the 3 phase source is connected after the sync generator block? i mean generator itself is a source, right? so whats the point of 3 phase source that too in the load end side where transmission and distribution takes place? please reply
hi synchronous enerator generate power is ok,.... but real model, any power generation not ideal .. it connect to GRID or it connect to other generation plant.... so the source indicate the grid here .....

power generated from Syn generator after its step up and its connected to grid... if not use grid its ideal... so three phase source can use ....
