Thank you for making the video. I own a 97 E420 with only 85K miles (136K km) still running strong. Only minor issues with a/c (in Texas heat). Thank you! It's a great car.
Thats awesome! It really is a great car, it has never let me down or got me stranded! Even when it was working on 5 or 6 cylinders (ignition coils) after standing still for 4 years it took me all the way home on a 1 hour drive! Never had any oil leaks or consumed any oil from the engine. Simply bulletproof 😁
Is the E420 a good first car? It's automatic but I like it. Actually, I like it because it's not a BMW :) and Japanese cars are very expensive...
How's your mileage in highway/city?
Love mine, rip one peggers anywhere and fat skids on dirt. Smooth as butter besides as well
One may call me crazy, but I actually like the E420 better than the E430. The M113 is a great engine, no doubt. But I love the M119 even better, haha!
The M119 has been bulletproof for me over the 20+ years I’ve owned it. Not even a single oil leak… That’s some real quality ❤️

Thank you! Only when I didn’t start the car for about 1+ year but as soon as the engine got hot the sound was gone and didn’t come back.

Great Car! It is stock? From what i see it accelerates like hell (very good) for M119 4.2...
Completely stock except AMG muffler. It is a really quick and healthy engine!!

There's one for sale in the states for like $8k US right now. This is the only Benz I could see myself in
My dad bought this car in 1999 for $31.500, then he sold it in 2011 for $1500. I then bought it back in 2019 for $500 :)

Tomasz Talik It’s got a couple AMG parts which is why the AMG badge is there. Exhaust, rims, cluster, pedals and soon maybe a front bumper.

yes, in general w210s are very reliable, i have e230 and im only changing basic stuff like oil, antifreeze, tires and etc(like in every car), ofc when its needed lol, nothing special. doing his job perfectly for a 27 year old car.

AMG is not only about the engine, it’s about the styling too.

@@ok-vf3nw I own a C63S and have owned 5 ”real” AMG’s. I’m not trying to make this one a real AMG, I do it because it has many of the styiling parts from a real one. But I will remove it so people wont cry 😅
@@AutoAccelerationHD no all good your car your decision. Just saying if I would drive such a car I would make it understatement. I mean look at it nobody excepts 280hp from it. But still your car your decision. And btw I still love the car.
