i’m starting to relate to cassie so much and it’s really scaring me.
That constant feeling like you are never gonna be good enough and the fear that you will disappoint everyone you love is like the weight of a boulder lying on your chest and you can't breathe!
Growing up I have always been compared to my sister and cousins on the qualities I lack on and in everything that I do. I also never thought I was pretty since everyone I knew was. Because of that I started to compare my self to others and bringing myself down since others did too. I never felt good enough no matter how hard I tried. It never satisfied anyone even myself. I would try and try my hardest to be perfect but it never was enough. I just wish that some people in my life just accepted me for being ENOUGH. I never really got credit for trying either. I just want to be enough for them but I guess I won’t and that’s okay. I will be enough for me but not for others when they expect me too.

They are worthy they are good enough and they are the most strong woman I know. I'm a guy but I know what they feel and I know that sometimes it's better to think of someone else's problems above your own in that way you forget but I also know that we need to love ourselves first bc if we don't love us than no one will. I just hope people not just women or girls but guys man will learn to love themselves. Because we are all Metter and worthy of love ❤❤❤. Sometimes for man it's especially hard to love themselves bc we have to strong have to be smart have to be the protector and that is too much for any person to take on for man and women don't forget to take care of yourself bc if you won't noone will. You are enough and you are loved ❤. I don't like doubting my worth,but i really feel so behind in life because of being the only one dyscalculian and with adhd in my workplace and find it hard to learn as fast as them,a lot of easy and basic things and things that people only get with logic yet i struggle to get them
I accept and love myself the way i am and appreciate the fact that I'm always putting the double efforts to be able to do the bare minimum that they do so easily but it's so draining that no matter how much efforts i put in ,yet i get incapability of being understandood my situation.
I would pay my entire life and give everything to become intelligent and help the company that I'm in to always be great and yet as a human,but even harder,as a dyscalculian and adhd human i find myself doing mistakes that I'd rather being ill than doing
I wish i was making no mistakes and mostly not the basic easy ones that everyone would get easily if didn't have a mind like mine..
Anyways I'll seek therapy to improve my dyscalculian and adhd difficulties

It's funny how people think deppression is worse than anxiety you know my grandma thinks that my anxiety is nothing I'm 14 btw and she thinks that she hurts worse because she has deppression when in reality there pretty same
