Hi everyone! Today I present to you a delicious and easy pasta recipe. Fusilli with vegetables, Indian style, is a first course, healthy and full of flavours! You can prepare them for lunch or dinner and you will please the whole family! All you need are a few simple ingredients and very little preparation time! Recipe, simple, tasty and economical! Try this delicious Indian-style pasta too and let me know in the comments what you think!
Ingredients:
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Ginger
- 1 carrot
- 2 tablespoons of peas
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 10-11 cherry tomatoes
- 2 sweet chillies
- 250 g (9 oz) fusilli pasta
- Parmesan or mozzarella
-Salt, pepper, chili pepper, oregano
- Oil

A small suggestion, if I may: "I didn't know it was so delicious" sounds better. "I didn't think" may be interpreted as, even after tasting it, you didn't think it was very tasty. "I didn't know" suggests your preconception was changed after having tasted it.

Yes the ginger but this indian recipe they use ketchup instead of tomato… but i can’t use ketchup in the pasta i’m italian…
