I have a friend who mains AP Akshan (yes the passive exists).
They max W and rush lichbane, using the 2 second 0 mana of a max W to constantly spam lich bane. Absolute madman.

play sett but use strike breaker as firs item and affter that blade of the ruined king for boots use berserker boots and infinity edge and imortal and collector affert that as final item upgrade boots and play it as jg whit blue smite
