    Glad to see Nashville grow. Other than "WeGo" two car bi-level commuter system. What else is Nashville planning for additional transit besides buses and cars?

      Nashville is expected to vote on some sort of mass transit option in Spring '24

    15-22 stories is hardly a “tower”. Most cities would consider those midrises.

    But, here's the problem...and a big one at that. All these new condos and high rise apartments downtown are going to be way out of people's price range!! Been reading of the high foreclosures rate downtown already. It's $2,300 outside downtown limit for apartments and $4,000 to $8,000 in town...were setting up for failure! Were are those kinds of jobs? It takes two incomes under one roof. I would love to live in a high rise Apartment. But, with the Dollar losing value, I just don't see it.

    • @JustinFloydHomes
      @JustinFloydHomes  Год назад +1

      Do you want cheaper rents or less construction? Choose one. The average downtown rent is $2,268 and hopefully the added being built help lower that. I'm not seeing any foreclosure sales downtown at the moment- would be curious to see what you're reading on that. Nashville's foreclosure rate is up slightly over last year, but still down from 2019. Homeowners/condo owners have a record amount of equity and downtown the condo market remains strong- two reasons for the lack of foreclosures.

    If you look at a map and the 9 states that touch Tennessee, I don’t think they are growing this fast , with a Nashville population of 700k and metro of 2M makes me think why people hate it so much but keep flocking here .. all I see is California plates , Illinois , Florida to escape heat lol we get a little snow a after a beautiful fall . So yea I can see why they keep coming !
