    Thanks so very much for your honesty and transparency in explaining all the costs involved in a deluxe trip. Im actually surprised the dining costs and drink costs were that low as I watched all the trip vlogs and as you mentioned already, you guys definitely let yourselves spoil yourselves a little this trip with nice meals and drinks. I only wish our value trip in November could cost this little, as our flights alone from Australia have cost us $10500 Aud ($7000 Usd). I loved hearing your budget tips you added to this video, and would love an additional budget tips video.

    This was really helpful! I’ll be watching again and taking notes. My youngest son is turning 13 in the Fall so we’re doing a mom & son birthday trip. Staying at the Poly for 4 nights. The numbers you shared have helped me get an idea of how much we’ll spend on our trip. Thank you! I’d also love to see a Disney on a budget video.

    I've recently found you and I am obsessed. It's so refreshing to see a young pretty child free couple not hating on "kid stuff" and doing all the disney things with such excitement. Someone told my 9 year old daughter at school that pin trading was for "toddlers" and I was like EXXXX-CUSE me?! Since when?! I've binged so many of your videos and it's so refreshing for me to watch. Thank you. ❤

    I totally understand the hesitation in posting these types of videos, but they really are helpful for some people! I see in the comments people have mentioned renting DVC points - we highly recommend this as well! We did it a lot before purchasing our own DVC contract. I also love that you guys had an "all-in/deluxe" trip. We do those and pair them with value trips every once in a while too. It is SO awesome that you got upgraded to a 1-bedroom!

      To be fair, she left out the second most expensive cost to a Disney vacation aside from lodging and that is ticket cost. They have an annual pass but without it, it would have added about $1500+ for two people for the week.

  • @gardenofe12
    @gardenofe12 22 дня назад

    That is actually not too bad for a week at WDW. I mean granted like you said at the beginning you could have probably saved maybe $500 or more if you didn’t do a sit down service restaurant.
    I’m a Canadian and for me for that price in CAD dollars would be at least $6,000 or $6,300 based on the exchange rate.
    It’s good to know that you paid cash for your trip and that you planned and saved for it knowing that you will not go into debt for a weeks worth of fun - kudos to you !!

    Great video! We are taking our adult children and grandchildren to Disney in March 2025. We were fortunate to buy/rent DVC points to stay at the Poly for a great deal! I am going to Disney in May for staying at All-Star movies Resort seven nights 5-day Park pass and no hopping pass in the flight and transportation mears and I also got a preferred room so just for that 2477,93 and that's just for that I got to buy my food I'm planning on to I'm planning on one character meal in 1 table service and all the rest quick service so what you spent wasn't bad cost me $2,4 77.93 utmost close to what you spent books from AAA after I booked it I could have done it booked it on my own and I think next time I'll be booking all this stuff on my own almost 63 years old and I noticed the prices went up from last year so I want to go before they go up again and I like to have one drink I don't drink that much but when I'm on vacation I like to have one drink I have one drink with dinner so it's going to cost me when I get there I would say over a thousand 1,000,00

    My best advice I can offer, we go 4 to 5 times a year and DVC was our best investment. We would always stay deluxe usually on the monorail or Club Level at the resorts on Crescent Lake near Epcot. We have 4 resorts all direct through Disney so we have member benefits. We own Boardwalk, Grand Floridian, Bay Lake Tower and our newest Riviera. Y’all should definitely check into it.

      We are DVC as well. Disney "got us" when they upgraded us from Caribbean to Animal Kingdom Lodge a few years ago. After the AKL stay we started to do deluxes only and finally took the DVC plunge a couple of years ago. We own at Saratoga, but will have stayed everywhere except for Old Key West by the end of 2023.
