Thanks, Scott. I'll publish an English version of that video later today. As for the sand bag, I don't use it to condition the hand (in fact, I don't do any hand conditioning at all). What's more, I never throw rapid punches at it like that in my normal training. That was just as an illustration for my videos. I use the sand bag occasionally to test my overall stability when I punch and to "listen" for leaks caused by misalignment of my structure.
Nice job on the 3 wall bag! I like the wall bag because in addition to hand conditioning, it also helps develop your mental focus.
