To check if you have water leaks, find your water meter and take note of the number. Make sure everything is turned off and come back later and if the number has gone up, water is coming out somewhere.
OMG, it was so freaking cool to hear my name mentioned in your video!! I love helping out your cause when I’m able! You & Hayley are my favorite RUclipsrs!!
you guys are so genuine and honest!! I'm a hard believer of karma and it really showed for you guys when you gave that lady the shoes she found first, then finding that expensive bag for yourselves
You can pick up a Flo by Moen water sensor and it will alert you via text, phone call, and push notification if it detects any water. This thing is super helpful especially if you aren't there.
Your videos always so awesome!!! Thank you for making this videos makes me heal from the pain I'm having right now since my mom's passing 2 months ago!! Blessings always 🙏🏻❤️
Would you guys consider doing a “day in the life” video of what a typical day looks like for full time resellers? Like your routines and such? Always interesting to see how people manage their schedules when they resell full time. Thanks! ❤
Did great with the shoes, Duffel Bag, Clothing, Columbia Jacket, Buceees Pullover, VT hat, Columbia Rain Jacket, Plush, Cabbage Patch Doll, Doc Martens, Asics shoes, Adidas Hoodie, Ralph Lauren Shirt, Hartmann Bag, Sweat shirts, Halo infinite Hoodie, Canada Jacket, Champion Jacket, Under Armour Hoodie, Augusta National Sweater Vests, Snap on T-shirt, Harry Potter T-shirt, Dragonball Z T-shirt, Adventure time T-shirt, Thanks Josh and Haley. You got some good stuff. Take Care. Peace Out
I'm seriously impressed by your prowess as a handyman. It seems like something you wouldn't just want to tackle if you hadn't done it before, but you're really good. Also, you have the good judgement to know when not to do something, like the dry wall. Well done, sir!
We built our house when I was about eighteen years old and did all the dry wall and mudding. It took us a month! We powered through it, but we all agreed when it was over that we should have hired it out.
The only thing better than beautiful Hailey in the overalls would be Hailey rocking the overalls with a scooby doo tshirt!!!🙌🙌😂😂😂Love you guys videos!!👍👊
Hayley his name is Lucus Scott from One Tree Hill, I am/was a big fan of the show 😂😂Great Video & the house is really coming along 👍 Keep up the Great Work ❤
As someone that does drywall finishing for a living, it’s money well spent to get it done professionally. It definitely requires a certain level of touch, finesse, and skill. A bad taping job can make a brand new house look horrendous
Hayley and Josh!!! Thanks for taking us along!!! So much stuff to see !!! I appreciate you both so much!!! Stay safe stay great and keep up the good work!!!!
Yooo!! I had one of those Douglass Golden Retriever toys growing up!! Exactly alike, was my favorite toy as a kid and I would bring it everywhere I went. I remember some random kid trying to steal it from me at some playground in Baltimore... 🥴Just brought back a bunch of memories. Glad you guys picked it up!
Josh, you are the man with your handyman skills. You might (probably) know this already, but here is a tip anyway. Be sure the hot water tank is filled up and all faucets are firmly turned off. Then turn your water on at the meter for a few minutes and turn the faucets on to be sure water is for sure in all the lines. Be sure everything is turned off and go look at the dial in the meter. The arrow should be at zero with no discernable movement. If so, you have no leaks. If it shows any activity at all, then you definitely have a leak somewhere.
You great are doing great both physically and spiritually. Major progress on the flip house. The plumbing can be challenging but very rewarding in the end. Always good to see what items you guys find. Excellent work Josh and Hayley! :)
Love your videos. Been reselling for over a year now plan is too have my fiance join me full-time by the end of this year. You guys are such an inspiration. Keep up the great work
Awesomeness,,,Great job on the plumbing that is something to be proud of right their hands down y'all are kicking booty on that house ,YALL THE BEST 🤟🤟🤟🤟
I might offer a suggestion for you to think about when titling your real estate flip videos. With a lot of series videos I’ve seen before they may say which episode is currently being watched #1,#2,#3 etc. This would make it easier for people who watch your video to know where they’re at in the series. It would also serve another good purpose for new viewers who come across this video and want to watch the series from the beginning. Just a suggestion as I am not a RUclips series creator but someone who likes to watch series play out on YT. Predominantly on my phone. If you already have a playlist that’s wonderful but YT isn’t super user friendly with navigating to a playlist if in place
Got to hand it to Hayley wasn’t long ago NO I Don’t Want To Go To The Bins😲 Now Hayley Is Really Into It AWESOME!! Amazing Finds & The House Is Coming Along GREAT Work On The plumbing!! All The Best! Be Well Be Safe & Stay Blessed. Real Nice Gesture With Those Shoes!
I would not want to hang sheetrock myself, but I found, when I helped my uncle patch some holes in his garage, I'm some sort of mudding savant. I always heard how terrible mudding was, but I loved it and I managed to fix some pretty gnarly places so smooth, sanding it afterwards was optional. I joked, however, that my uncle was confusing mudding with cake decorating, because he was frosting the walls!
Good job on everything so far. Had to get my daughter in here to hear you say, "Hot Water Heater." (It drives her crazy). We need a new one and she's busting on me because I say that too. She says it's, "Water Heater," but I grew up hearing the other so I say it too.
I hope you get to see this but I just wanted to say how the first video I watched from you in July of 2020 changed my life for the better. After that day I started reselling, finished my first year with 400 sales and Top rated seller. At the time I had no idea what any of that stuff was or that I can even make money doing it. It completely changed my mindset and goals. I never knew anything about selling I just happened to come across your video while looking for something to watch while at work. The video was the one "How I make $42,000 per year selling stuff on Ebay". I am not a full time reseller yet but I will be one day and honestly it is thanks to you and your videos introducing me to something that I felt I was actually good at but I didn't know I was lol I had to take a break from Ebay due to Life happening recently and Just got back to with the same goal in mind.
PEX is a piece of cake to work with. It's head's above dealing with copper, or CPVC. I like copper, but it's the Sweating the connections and cost. Plus, for replacing old waterlines in an existing home, PEX is the way.
Holy moly, I had no idea those old brown Hartman suitcases went for good money! Another BOLO from you guys. I got a pair of Hokas that sold for $50 plus shipping, so thanks for that! Love you guys and appreciate the knowledge you share!
I did most of our pex for the water lines when we built out house last year. It was so stressful turning on the water. BUT NOTHING HAPPENED! The plumber who had started our stack out put a shut off valve in the wall the was off and we didn't realize it. Luckily I happened to have a photo of where it was so we could open a 1.5" hole to turn it on. Haha but everything turned out okay! Whew! Power was stressful too. My husband ran the wires and I wired all the outlets and switches. One particular double rocker switch for the bathroom lights/fan game me troubles and I had to spend almost an hour trying to figure out how it was wired wrong to fix it.
That Dragon Ball Z t-shirt is totally awesome!!!!!!! I kind of like Dragon Ball Z, because I used to have the Funko pops, but I sold them. Sabrina Griffin.
That all yellow Pikachu is the one that I do not have in my Pokémon collection. I have other Pikachu plushies that I can trade you for that one, because if I can't find that one at my local thrift store, I am going to get upset. Sabrina Griffin.
Make sure to get some water leak sensors. You can get a pack of them for cheap and worth protecting your investment. I have one under each sink and some under the ridge vents of the home (just in case for leaks). Also you can put them in areas like the hot water heater as well. They are LOUD too. So you will know right away when it goes off.
Looks like you guys have it pretty easy at the goodwill. My local goodwill bins people go crazy running in and throwing things around, that’s what stops me from trying
Love the longer videos! Great company when listing haha I just started my youtube channel a couple months ago and the thought of editing a long video like this terrifies me lol maybe ill get there one day! Love the $20 flip house videos!
For people who don't know Buc-ee's is a super huge popular gas station that is like a restaurant/mini shopping center inside lol. The merch is popular because they don't have an official online merch store so the only place you can get it is at the actual gas station which most states don't have one because they have the same requirements as IKEA where you need a certain monster population size in a radius to be considered.
Hi Guys! Luv your videos and I think you just a great couple! I am a toy show vendor in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada and I am thinking of doing a What Not sale of my own. I noticed that you use your phone and a lovely circle light. I don't have any special lighting at the moment and wondering if it's necessary? As well, I am in a wheelchair and am concerned about "camera" angles. Is there any advice that either of you can give me? Thanks so much for your entertaining content. Keep up the good work!!! xo
I love this so much, i wish it was a viable buisness here in australia but with a base postage rate of $10 roughly it makes it really hard to profit from smaller items.
The airforce one shoes that were picked out of the garage that sold for $35… GREAT FLIP. That truly is trash into CASH.
You will be so happy that you hired out the drywall - it is a real skill to make it look decent. Great work on the plumbing
The reveal of hailey wearing the overalls was great. That smile Like a kid on christmas. Great video !
To check if you have water leaks, find your water meter and take note of the number. Make sure everything is turned off and come back later and if the number has gone up, water is coming out somewhere.

Hayley was honestly so cute when she found those overalls fit! Love this series and whoever rents your flip house in the future is lucky!
Haley has really come up to speed and knows what she is doing! Way to go!
I gasped outloud, when I saw that Ravens Jersey!! 😂
That jersey number belonged to Nathan Scott. You guys always find the coolest stuff!

Yes sir. Same here. It seems sooo easy from our perspective. It is really an art per say
@Christopher Leusner tell us you are a clueless diy-er with no clue without saying it. No. Not everyone can do it and way less can do it right.
I’ve been bingeing your videos! 💗 Love what you’re doing, keep it up.

Josh vs women's clothing is a never ending battle. The fp sweater was a good find though!
That character from Adventure Time is named Marceline, the vampire queen. That t-shirt is awesome too. Sabrina Griffin.

Hose pipe is another one we southerners get called on, lol, can't help it

The very hungry caterpillar by Eric Carle. I used to read that to my child and now my child is getting ready to graduate from college next month 😮😊
The caterpillar is from the story book " Hungary caterpillar."
The animation to describe the concept of the 20$ house renovation was reallly good and satisfying good job to whichever of you did it 🎉🎉
Shout out to our graphic designer, Paul!
Josh is that water line for the toilet in the baseboard? You will want to move that up more of a professional look
Just using the same hole as they already had
Great episode. I loved all of the footage from the multiple thrifting trips!
Oh she looks so cute. You could embroider a cute little design over the hole in the Ogg sweater.
5:10 pull up to the court in that bad mamajama XD
Three Scooby Doo t-shirts in a row. Jackpot!!!! Sabrina Griffin.

Haley, you are just stinkin' cute in those overalls!😂 I recently got a pair myself and find them very comfortable too.
