Project Linus is a program that gives handmade crochet blankets to babies in the NICU. I know because my son was in the NICU for 4 weeks after he was born prematurely. It's such a sweet program. ❤
Bagalini is a really nice brand of bag. Not super expensive like Coach or what not. But a small one like what you found I believe goes for about $60 or so. The bags were designed by flight attendants. They usually have lots of pockets/sections in them. I really like them a lot
That's one of those things that doesn't actually fit down inside the cabinet. Is supposed to be above the cabinet so you can basically use any piece of furniture that you're willing to rip the back out of and drill a hole in the top of.
I so love that sink. There is a lot you can do colorwise with that just by using rust or brown wall paint and neutral finishes. I applaud your efforts to branch out into real estate.

I'm an artist, but not a great one. My aunt says I can make anything look good, thanks, Auntie. He does sell on eBay but mostly hobby stuff, and I'm trying to teach him to use his talent that he picked up from me, I guess lol. My son was in a horrific motorcycle accident and his one leg is much shorter because the Doc cut out his knee. He is not able to get the total from the bone bank because of the loss of veins, tissues, and tendons, but still walks. Anyhow, I love the show, and I'm picky who I subscribe. Now, I will subscribe.
As someone who is pretty tight with money, it never ceases to amaze me what you guys can find that someone else will pay money for. That being said, y'all selling shoes gave me a notion to look on eBay for the Bass sandals I wore every summer for 20+ years, until they (tragically) quit making them a few years ago. I have been so unhappy with my sandal options since that time--more so as time goes on and shoes are becoming oddly harder to fit, like they're literally cutting corners at the toes and making them too narrow. I found 3 pairs of white and one pair of dark brown that were still actually new. I have the extras carefully hoarded away in my closet; they will last me several years all together.

Quick question, when you do cost of good solds from the bins do you do a dollar cost average or by your original estimates based on weight "this jacket will be about 4 bucks"?

If the paint on that Tarheels shirt is acrylic you can try oven cleaner spray (easyoff original smelly one) and/or graffiti remover. Sometimes it works-may need multiple treatments
Project Linus is where people make new blankets and donate to children's advocacy centers , so when children have been abused, or removed and are going through the many different things in that process they give the kids their very own new blanket. Pretty sure they give to foster kids as well, it's an amazing cause!!!!
You guys I used one of those sinks if it’s hammered on the outside you can mount it on top of the vanity. Plus you don’t have to bed over to use it. Just a thought.
Great scores !! Have you looked at storage unit auctions for items to help with the house renovation ? Just bought 3 units 10×16 in the last month for 220 total cost including renting truck and labor help . I was blessed to find some great stuff , just the scrap metal gave me back 240
The men's Columbia fishing shirt was light blue, not mint green. I just sold one this morning exactly like that for $15. Yea, sadly they don't sell for as much as they used to. I only paid $1 for mine at a garage sale Friday. I have a Magellan and an Under Armour one too. All $1 each. I'm loving y'alls videos. I'm learning as I go.

My aunt is very involved in one in Texas and she takes scrap fabric and makes dozens of quilts and baby blankets every year for the charity if you need information let me know.

Missing Shirt Button: when you spot an otherwise good quality profitable shirt (or other garnet) that’s missing a button, take am extra second and look down around the lower hem. Many original makers, of now vintage clothing, used to stitch on a spare matching button or buttons for such situations. Often the missing button was the reason for donation, but sewing a button isn’t that hard. Another old trick is to take a button from a cuff (if it’s the same size) and sew it into the missing front spot and addd similar replacements to the cuff, where the change isn’t so noticeable. Or pull the collar button, that never gets buttoned anyway and use that to replace the absent one. Of course, the garment’s value has to justify the extra effort.

I think the copper sink is a "sit on top" sink, not a under mount type sink you cut a square and put it down inside. Really cool sink.
