I have both but the Marshall II I had to returned and they’re sending me out the Marshall III. The JBL F6 sounds better. Waiting for the Emberton III to compare.
Save your regrets and get the Emberton 3 instead. Flip 6 is not a bad speaker itself but inferior to the Marshall and the reason is simple. Flip is a mono speaker, Emberton plays in stereo and has superior dynamic range. Also, Emberton 3 is way better than 2 despite some reviewers say about it being a downgrade. Has the same balanced sound but goes way louder. I had JBL Charge 5 which is superior to Flip 6 and is really powerfull and nice souding speaker if you prefer bass heavy music. Sadly mine blew out in about a week. Emberton 3 doesn't get as loud as Charge 5 but i enjoy it more due the balanced sound and sounds better with varieties of music. Consider that Charge 5 is also a mono speaker unless you plan to pair 2 of them but this gets you to another price range (i.e Xtreme 4 which is stereo). Music is made to be listened in stereo. I got myself a JBL Xtreme 4 despite the bad experience i had with the Charge 5, and i really enjoy. Do not hate on a brand and spread your "do not get", because you ended up with a faulty item. Shit happens. Thats what the warranty is for.
Depends how loud you listen to your music but on average i would say absolutely. It can last up to 30h. Using it on max volume would give you about half the time which is also not bad at all.
i love the flop6 but i am waiting for the flip7
I recently purchased Marshall and I LOVE it! I be jammin Kendrick Lamar 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾 EVERYDAY🙌🏾

Can you really get 30 hrs from marshall?

Sure, on a lower volume and weakest EQ setting. They say 30 hours for marketing really, but lots of variables.
Don’t buy the Marshall Emberton. It has battery issues. Mine’s did not last a year. Even after replacing the item with a new one.
My emberton1 battery lasts up to this date. I got it in April 2022. My problem is the distorted sound. Now it is fixed.
