There is a disconnect for UK, in America, wingstop is rarely order for one person. It is mostly used for large parties and American football tailgating/watch party. Like even in the restaurant it’s only ever tables of 5+ people. It’s delicious and while some people may order 20+ wings for themselves, that’s not the standard.
@@rattpisss you man need to chill😂😂it's a joke over a common stereotype. Same as the the constant tea jokes British ppl get. everyone's tired of them And half the time they ain't funny because it's all used to much 😂
@@titanusgodzillaa4274 Actually, it is statistically more likely. Outside of the South, which has a long tea drinking history, the rest of America’s households especially majority white ones, usually have a coffee maker but not necessarily an electric kettle. A lot of my friends in the east coast and west coast who weren’t the children of more recent immigrants never even considered buying one because they could just use the coffee maker to boil water for tea as well. In US context, ethnicity can play a big part in whether you keep a kettle whereas in UK it’s more a national tradition.
The big orders are orders you can do for parties. For like any sporting event. Some people don’t want to make 100 wings if you got 20-30 people over. I was at my friends for the Super Bowl 4 years ago. We had 3 deep frier vats we call them. They were going like crazy to feed 30 people. I think we ended up burning through 6 propane tanks and about 350-400 wings. There was some left over but it was also an all day event.
I appreciate you taking the time to say this in a much more eloquent manner than I could have, because frankly Ethan and Simon made some dumbass comments - at least Tobi has enough intelligence to say "it must be a shared order" - I get these vids are for entertainment purposes, but they sure do lack some common sense at times.

Exactly. The only portion I'd say people here would get for themselves is a 10 piece wing or 6 piece. Wingstop is usually for people who are having parties and watching games.
Keep in mind wings are the national food of football, USA’s biggest sport. So I think alot of what they do with options caters to that. Though, some Americans are eating more portions because of these options.
Most of the super large sizes for the US are for parties. Idk how they do it in the UK, but in America wings are a very popular party food. And especially when it is American Football season, people have parties every Sunday with a bunch if people to watch their team play. So that's why they sell MASSIVE portions of wings.
Wings are very popular here due to Sunday football along with other sports. That’s why the portions are bigger because the restaurant is assuming the wings will be shared. Edit: everything big is for multiple people
The wing stop portions in America aren’t weird when you realize how ubiquitous wing stop is with parties in America. The UK portions don’t really make sense to use over here because people rarely go to wing stop alone like they might a McDonald’s.
