I adore it when you make a Base Game build, because it is more accessible to me and others!
This is why I like gryphi bc she doesnt use CC and does base game build which means every on can feesably get the build whether on pc or console

In my house growing up we kept the recycling can in the garage and the garbage can outside, just like this!
This is great for a residential rental cause you can move neighbors into the decorated side and not have to bother decorating for sims you’re not gonna play.

Base game builds are so challenging, or at least for me, because I love using all the packs lol This is so beautiful 💚 I wish we could have cars, but like you said it's so late in the game, doubt it will happen! The kiddies room is so cute!

RUNNING to the gallery
We have 3 garbage cans inside, one in the kitchen, one in the main bath, and one in my dad’s master bath. And then we have the big out outside for garbage trucks! :)

On the microwave thing, theres a mod for that for anyone who uses mods . I'm not sure what it's called, i forgot, but i believe it makes all game microwaves accessible over a stove

This is a semi-detached, not a duplex.
Technically it's both! Where I live its called a duplex - but I know other places its called semi-detached!
What is a semi-detached? Looks like a duplex to me!
