❤ I miss them a lot. I Still have that little book that came with "What to do..." Its still one of my favorite albums ive ever owned or even heard. It always felt right.
I used to fall asleep to this song on repeat...and sometimes Babylon (Outkast). This song hit me more than stupid pop songs and I always felt like I was watching things from a distance......I still feel that way. this song is feelings, feelings when youre alone in your bed and you want to leave. I still want to leave..........
Thank you for sharing that. I relate completely. I'd have this song on repeat for what seemed all day. At work, going to bed, driving to and from work. Defentily times I don't want to cherish. Still love the song though, it's only but a reminder that time keeps moving on wether we like or not. And maybe that's a good thing.
Funny how that is sometimes...I absolutely loved some of Sparta's demo versions on their original ep or whatever it was. That mastered first record also kicked ass, though.
Is that the version that has the little synth melody at the end instead of the spaceship bleeps? I think that's the demo version before they went into the studio, and all instruments were recorded by Ben IIRC. And I agree, those demos had a rawness that made them so good. I like both versions and will listen to the demos every few years when I think of it. I have no clue why this song makes me feel so insanely wistful, but it does. Impossible to put the feeling into words. Like, painfully nostalgic, but also hopeful and at peace.
This song is a worm hole to great times with great friends, most of which aren't here anymore
Been one of my favorites since high school. Such a nostalgic and dreamy song.. 🚀 🌒

I feel you I used to go outside my local park and listen to this song late at night just lost in thought.

I'm sorry but it isn't better. This one is immensely better.

so underrated too bad their 3rd album flopped
they're back!
@@nilsgustafson6067 wdym?
@@ErosYuno they’ve released their 4th album and it’s very good
flopped? I feel like it was the most commercially successful. they were on TRL with "Williamsburg" and it charted higher than WTDWYAD.
