- The final of show of Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band's Farewell Tour took place in the City of Brotherly Love at the Wells Fargo Center. Here is the second song of the night, the brilliant ''Still The Same''. This was the first time I ever saw Bob Seger and I am so happy that I made it in just under the wire. I truly loved this show. Rarely have I ever seen a performer so happy on stage as Mister Seger was on this night. To me, I really felt as though he was the having the most fun and the greatest time of anyone in the sold-out arena. What a joy this show was. I hope that I was able to capture a little piece of it for the ones not able to be there.....and for those who were there, too. Enjoy!

He sounds as good as he ever did! Segar is one of the most underrated musicians out there. One of the best of all time! His music is timeless!

@@karenosborn116 I’m not talking about his popularity in Detroit. I’m talking about globally then and even today. When is the last time you heard one of his songs on the radio? His music is timeless. You should be hearing it frequently even in todays world but you don’t. He’s a true legend.

I grew up listening to Bob via my elders. I've recently been on a classic rock binge and love this song more now as an adult. The look of joy on his face singing just makes this song better for me.

He lost the high notes in the late 90s, but when you have a voice that good, you can adjust. His last 2-3 albums were great. Bob Fucking Seger!

I can say the same thing for Ann Wilson who I saw this Summer in Webster, MA., at a small outdoor venue. You could walk in front of the stage, not 20' from her. She looked like she genuinely enjoyed what she was doing. I guess that's why they are who they are!

Gives truth to the statement "youth is lost on the young." I'd go back in a minute to the first time I saw this man in concert..opening for Foghat...and NO ONE cared if Foghat appeared...we gave Bob two standing ovations, and he deserved them!!!!!

For as long as I shall live Bob Seger will always be my number one musical entertainer. For more then 40 years now. I find his music soothes me after I've had a challenging day. It doesn't matter how old you get Mr Seger you'll always be #1 to me.
The man genuinely has a good time up there on stage. That ain't work. Gotta love it.
I have been a Bob Seger fan for over 45 years. Hell always be my favorite musical entertainer. I've been lucky enough to see him in concert. His voice is changing a bit but he can still rock with the best of them.

Saw this amazing man in Salem Virginia... he opened for Black Sabbath ... when Seger left the stage... the crowd left the Civic center. Me included. I went for him.

Sounded like he was having slight trouble with a couple of notes... but look at his age! He looked like he was totally enjoying his last show immensely. Kevin's right, what a joy to see. Will be missing his great songs, but as John Lennon said of the Beatle's breakup, we still have the records... well, CDs, tapes, whatever. May he have the glorious retirement he so richly deserves. My wife and I were there as well, not as close to the stage as you tho. I remember saying to her around the one hour mark "he seems to be having so much fun up there" Really hoping for an official live release.
