Eres genial ❤️❤️ Y no te preocupes, vamos hablando 🥰
sorry to hear that.. I know how hard it is but just let me tell you that if you learn to manage it better, you can still have a good life and enjoy things, as much as sometimes it feels like your mind won't give you a break :) if you ever need to talk you can reach out on Instagram! And thank you so much for leaving this nice comment
Thank you for sharing your story--- I am so sorry you have to deal with this-- however, your bravery is so inspiring and can encourage others to brace their own struggles.
I liked that you showed a part of your life that despite having been difficult for you. You have overcome it by far and you give us all a lesson in overcoming and knowledge. Thanks for opening your heart
Really brave of you to post this video. I don't relate to this situation but I do know what it is like to go through some of these struggles. You seem like a really resilient person! Much love!
Hello, thanks for leaving a comment. First of all, don't let those thoughts take over, you are needed in this world and killing yourself is never a solution. I understand you feel this way because of how overwhelming OCD can get, however there's always something you can do to alleviate the anxiety caused by the thoughts. Let it out in any way you can, distract yourself, help other people, do whatever it may take to get outside your own head. Best of luck to you and don't lose hope!! I assure you it'll get better somehow
A very interesting video! I hope it is helpful to share this with others. If you haven't seen my latest, please stop by. I will have a new one up this afternoon.
