I know how hard it is but just let me tell you that if you learn to manage it better, you can still have a good life and enjoy things, as much as sometimes it feels like your mind won't give you a break :) if you ever need to talk you can reach out on Instagram!     Sis. I am suffering from rumination ocd 10years.i have no idea😭.I feel I will kill my self.how to recover from ocd??plz any suggestions

      Hello, thanks for leaving a comment. First of all, don't let those thoughts take over, you are needed in this world and killing yourself is never a solution. I understand you feel this way because of how overwhelming OCD can get, however there's always something you can do to alleviate the anxiety caused by the thoughts. Let it out in any way you can, distract yourself, help other people, do whatever it may take to get outside your own head. Best of luck to you and don't lose hope!! I assure you it'll get better somehow
