To all the confused people who don't know when Din and Grogu reunited: watch the last three episodes of The Book of Boba Fett and stop asking about it.
Lol, if someone told me I'd be obsessed with them too- I wouldn't have believed it either. I feel the same as what your wrote in your post. Great clips and pics you chose of Din and Grogu. Ugh, brings tears to my eyes again!! 🥲😍🥰
I love that Din removed his helmet to find Grogu and got kicked out of the convent, and Grogu picked the beskar chain mail over the lightsaber and was forced to leave the jedi school. They've both chosen each other and left their own clans to be with each other 😭
❤️❤️ I never thought of it in that context before. They've both given up what they were told to be or what they were supposed to be to be together... Now they truly are their own clan of 2.
Omg same! My heart both broke and melted at the part where it switched from their reunion to their departing to their reunion again. I saw that as no matter where they go, they’ll always find their way back to each other. In this life or in the cosmic force.
When Din says “The shirt, you got the shirt” my heart melted knowing the special bond they hold for one another! I’m so happy Grogu chose mando! He still has 750 years to become a Jedi master but only about 50 with his best mate and dad Din! So excited for what to come for them!
"He means more to me than you'll ever know" I had to start crying at that. Din so wholeheartedly loves Grogu as his son even if they met in the most absurd circumstances, and that is the most beautiful thing ever. I love them so much 😭
When you realize that these two fictional characters have a better father and son relationship than your own even when they don’t “speak” to each other
Sometimes, love is so strong that you don't need words to understand. Mando and Grogu CLEARLY share this love. I think Grogu was speaking clearly when he chose Mando's gift over the lightsaber and being a Jedi at Luke's school. He wanted to be with his Daddy.
My father died for me and I have friends that say well my dad doesn't talk to me at least your father died for you and I'm like all awww like w t fff is wrong with men these days who don't see there kids. Even my partners dad is an a hole
that's amazing. I was adopted too. I feel the same way. So happy you had a good life. I wonder why it's why these 2's relationship is one of a kind. Theirs just something about them thats beyond words.
One of my friends (over 18 now) had a foster family since they were 18 months old. The family was never allowed to adopt. At 18 years oold they got adopted as an adult.
Once a target now a son to our favorite shiny Mando, Din and Grogu are what the franchise needed after the sequel trilogy, and am very happy they are together again but it's also sad that Din will never see a fully grown up Grogu he will only see a small section of his life but I know Grogu will remember and cherish the Mando father he had.
well maybe through some disney retcon he gets to be a force ghost or something so he can look after his green son (maybe like grogu cant see him but mando can see grogu, idk)
I could tell any single parent who hasn't seen the Mandalorian the main character is your hype man, every episode is him being a good adopted dad to Grogu.
The scenes between Grogu and the Mandalorian were excellent. We didn’t need to see Din’s face, for facial cues, a tilt of his head or a turn, was enough to know what he was thinking. The scene where Din removes his helmet and Grogu touches his face, was beautiful. ❤
I was a massive Star Wars fan before The Mandalorian. But these two have made me laugh and cry and they have carved a permanent place in my heart that even the original trilogy never quite could. And how did they do it? Through love. Raw paternal and filial love. And it's the purest and most beautiful thing ever seen in the Star Wars universe. That's what this show is really about - the beauty of love. And THAT, Disney, is how you finally get me crying so hard my eyeballs melt and dribble out the sockets (admit it, Disney, that was your whole end goal with every movie you've made in the past twenty years.) This show is a masterpiece. Fantastic edit. I subscribed.
Yea I never got an emotional feel through original trilogy either I did with prequels cause I was told to watch the first 2 then clone wars then part 3 And that was all the feels
Masterpiece the show is. Not only is it genuinely entertaining with the story lines and giving you a peek into the goings on and lives of other Star Wars characters and species, but the character and relationship development between Mando and Grogu is honestly one of the most genuinely convincing and adorable bonds I've ever seen in a show or movie. You completely forget that "Grogu" is literally a puppet, the showrunners did an amazing job with the puppetry. The fact that the main characters in this show are literally a fully suited (albeit cool suit) character and a literal puppet yet it's completly convincing and so entertaining goes to show just how good a piece of media can be if given the right passion and attention. The Mandalorian is on par with Breaking Bad in terms of telling a genuinely enthralling and entertaining story, it's peak TV and for sure one of the best shows to come out in the last 10 years. Can you tell I'm a fan of The Mandalorian?
You gotta just love the relationship between Din Djarin & Grogu. With Grogu choosing to return to Din Djarin and Din treating Grogu as his own child . Can't wait for season 4!
Yeah Ashoka is a point that leaving the order doesn’t mean that she gave up everything to do with that- she still has lightsabers I’m reading the High Republic- and they used to call the Jedi who left the order wayfaring, as in they go their own way.
these two are the best father and son moments i've seen in tv show's. some parts even made me cry. the mandalorian show will hold a special place in my heart.
This touches me at such a deep level. The pure and unconditional love that Mando has for Grogu and Grogu for Mando, and the fact that the motif for Grogu has been "what they think you should do"(become a Jedi) vs "following your heart"(being with Mando) just really adds to all the tears.
It’s is so refreshing to see a great reminder of a loving dad and son. Even if they are different they are a clan of two and are family. We have too many portrayals of dysfunctional families from cartoons to mainstream. We are all searching to belong to a loving family even if it’s only one person that will always be on our side no matter what.
It makes sense that Grogu chose the path he did. Luke mentioned to Ahsoka Tano that it seemed Grogu was remembering more than he was actually teaching him. This tells me that even though Grogu wasn't ready to let go of his bond with Mando, he knew that he wasn't going to learn anymore than what already he knew before Luke came along. Luke is still relatively young despite being the very few masters left of the Jedi Order. Grogu has had more than 4 decades of training from, likely, multiple masters in comparison. It made no sense to him to continue with Luke in this case.
I am obsessed with this beautiful clan of 2. Din is right, loyalty and solidarity are the Way. And this was a perfectly edited compilation of what makes them so special. I could watch it a billion times! 🧡
THEY ARE EVERYTHING AAAAAH THIS IS SO FREAKIN BEAUTIFUL I JUST CANT-😭😭😭 thank you for this wonderful video with this wonderful song and...i'm just going to cry now♥️
These two represent mandalorian's essence: Family is more than blood 💙💙💫 Being united makes them stronger 💖 This is the way Thanks for this amazing tribute 💖
One of the nicest music tributes for a fan favourite character I have seen on the internet. The music wasn't overpowering and dialogue was clear. Well done creators.
How I love that little character and the relationship he has with the Mandalorian. There's a true Bond there and it's heartwarming to see him hug the Mandalorian ❤
Fully agree with your video outline. I am a six foot 250lb ex-boxer, wrestler and powerlifter in his 40s. I mention this to show that anyone from any background can identify with the lovely relationship and bond these two have throughout the show. I am (my kids say) obsessed with Grogu, having almost every figure (and soft toys - my kids call me a man-child not a Mandalorian). I am the one that comes out of the toy shop having purchased something lol! This show is something special. Grogu never fails to make me smile and see the world in a brighter light. If those behind the creation of Grogu and this show can create such a wonderful duo, then the world is not all that bad. I watch your video almost daily as a great way to cheer myself up and get ready for the day. Well done on what I think is the best compilation video of on youtube.
I love 😍 the message that adopted children are loved just like birthed children 🧒 ❤. Moreover, one can adopt a child who is from a different culture and race. 😊
A glorious edit of a glorious dad and son. I love how Din intuitively understands Grogu. Their bond is something else and so pure. Thank you! I didn’t know I needed this.
The reason I love them is because there so adorable together There my favorite characters ❤ They also make me cry everytime I just love them so much I can’t!
Thanks thanks THANKS for sharing this edit with the world, it's just perfect, the details are what tells their story better and you just nailed them. My heart breaks for Din with that 'The shirt! You got the shirt!" As if he had accepted in his mind that Grogu had obviously chosen his jedi path and left him behind. MY HEART.
Oh come on! I held it together throughout the finale and now I'm bawling! These two are everything! How have they done this to us? How are we so invested in a relationship between someone who always wears a helmet and a puppet? I'm just in awe of everything the Mandalorian has accomplished! No offense to Boba. He's great and I adore Ming-Na Wen, but Din and Grogu just wreck me with every scene they're in, even when they're not together. I'm so invested, it's not even funny. Now that they're so close and Din has basically admitted to himself how much Grogu means to him I honestly don't know how I'm gonna get through season 3. I think I'll be squealing and crying throughout every episode. This is without a doubt the best Din/Grogu vid I've seen! Well done! Everything is just perfect. You've completely destroyed me.
Aaaww this is adorable! I love these two with my whole heart and soul. And the music fits well too. Even though they reunited sooner than I expected, I knew as soon as Luke gave him that choice that I wanted him back with Din. I squealed like a child when I saw that X Wing in the Boba Fet finale. I’m so so happy Din has his son back. It’s just a shame that Grogu’s life span is so much longer.
when a little further, he gives her the silver ball. Grogu's look is awesome. We can read there that he realizes the affection of mando for him. By showing that he had the marble on him, mando showed him all his love and that his thoughts were turned towards him all the time that they were separated. This scene reveals the bond and the unconditional love that binds them both. For me, unconditional fan of the initial trilogy. The Mandalorian reconciles me to this universe.
I never watched star wars until i started watching Mandalorian. So far it was the best experience i ever had this year. I can't express myself with words. This is the way
Too true. Anakin/Darth didn't know that Luke & Leia were his children because Palpatine said that they died along with Padme, and was absent from their lives. Kylo Ren/Ben turned evil, killed his own father, Han, with no regrets & didn't care how worried his mother was. (Seriously, they want to make Han & Leia be the OTP of the franchise, yet they punish their relationship by giving them a kid that turns into a bad seed in the sequel movies & unofficial sequel comics 😞). While Din & Grogu brought out the best in each other.
😭😭😭 excuse me while I turn into a big sobbing mess in my little corner over here cause omg this video hurts so much in the feels department I just can't 😭 I love these two and the bond they have for one another so much because it shows that no matter what happens Grogu proved right there and then he made the right choice going back to Din for he has his entire life to become a jedi but has this moment to be with the man who became his father and that just warms my ❤
True. They are one small part of a massive universe, but when they're together, it's as if everything else fades away. To each other, they are the whole world. I think that that's what love is all about. The world around you fades away because it is no longer necessary. The galaxy could tear itself apart and it would be okay. You have each other, and so you have everything.
The fact that last part of the razor crest (the silver ball I call it) went to Grogu was so adorable, couldn’t help but shred a tear after to his. Welcome home, Grogu!!
I love this video, partly because I really liked the song and l used to listen to it when I was on my university year abroad and I missed my family (thankfully they were able to visit me a couple of times). It's been ten years since I graduated from university and unfortunately, my parents aren't here anymore. This video shows a loving and close parent-child relationship and the song suits it - it almost made me cry! I also love Grogu's character, so I'm glad he chose to return to Din Djarin and become a Mandalorian apprentice. Thanks for this video!
ahh the father and son bonding i will never experience, my grandpa was the closest thing i had to a parent but he's dead and j have void that will never be filled, my girlfriend tries but all the trauma and suppressed emotions caused an emptiness thay will never be filled
Love, love this video! So amazingly beautifully done! The interactions sequences are so nice! Pedro’s voice through the helmet and without the helmet and his acting is just way to amazing 🌟❤️! Yes, that scene is still makes me 🥺😢🙌🏻👏🏻💙💚
I honestly did not realize how much I wanted and needed them to be reunited until The Book of Boba Fett. After seeing The Rescue and being so devasted by the end, I tried to pound it into my head that them being apart was the best thing for the show and I finally thought that I had somewhat accepted it. But then I see The Book of Boba Fett episodes. And it all gets me again. They are truly meant to be together. Also absolutely beautiful video! Made me so emotional...😭💚
God when those two first met, I could understand that Mando was only doing a job but the partnership of father and son between those two grew showed that Mando truly thought of Grogu as his son was just heart warming. It was sad when he let Luke take him that you could just see how Din was heart broken by losing someone that he had grown so close to over the two seasons.
To all the confused people who don't know when Din and Grogu reunited: watch the last three episodes of The Book of Boba Fett and stop asking about it.

They mean so much for me too Thank you again for this video I am glad to see that more people think like me about them
They just love 😍 one another so much ❤😊
The edit plus the song = me in tears. Beautiful recapping of them becoming a family.
This is the Way.
😭😭😭 excuse me while I turn into a big sobbing mess in my little corner over here cause omg this video hurts so much in the feels department I just can't 😭 I love these two and the bond they have for one another so much because it shows that no matter what happens Grogu proved right there and then he made the right choice going back to Din for he has his entire life to become a jedi but has this moment to be with the man who became his father and that just warms my ❤
This is so well made. The similar beginning of them, & then the lovely story of them….you almost forget its a part of a the massive star wars legacy!
True. They are one small part of a massive universe, but when they're together, it's as if everything else fades away. To each other, they are the whole world. I think that that's what love is all about. The world around you fades away because it is no longer necessary. The galaxy could tear itself apart and it would be okay. You have each other, and so you have everything.
the most beautiful serie. I love grogu and Din, the truth love!!
I'm feeling cry about his daddy is favorite 😢love cute Baby Grogu 😂🎉❤
Best edit of Mando and Grogu, the whole reason why I’ve started to watch Star Wars now😭
this the cutest character ever created (i'm sorry baby groot) I'M SQUEALING everytime Grogu on the screen
The fact that last part of the razor crest (the silver ball I call it) went to Grogu was so adorable, couldn’t help but shred a tear after to his. Welcome home, Grogu!!
Love is stronger than the force. That is the story here. That simple!!!
I love the Father and Son relationship between Din and Grogu it's so sweet and adorable
I love the father and son relationship ❤ 😊. Certainly melted this mother's heart ❤️
Well done, your love for these two comes through brilliantly. Thank you 🙏🏻
I love this!!!
Mando & Grogu means everything! 😭
When we all sat down to watch the series premiere, I don't think any of us thought we'd be watching a show about a dad.
Ok. This thing, this video, this music, and even these comments, are making me cry...
ahh the father and son bonding i will never experience, my grandpa was the closest thing i had to a parent but he's dead and j have void that will never be filled, my girlfriend tries but all the trauma and suppressed emotions caused an emptiness thay will never be filled
I love the bond they have, can’t get enough of grogu. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Love, love this video! So amazingly beautifully done! The interactions sequences are so nice! Pedro’s voice through the helmet and without the helmet and his acting is just way to amazing 🌟❤️! Yes, that scene is still makes me 🥺😢🙌🏻👏🏻💙💚
Beautiful editing.. beautiful choice of lines and images creating a compilation that portrays the emotion and love between these two characters 🥰
i'm sobbing... thank you
2:12 that piece of fabric literally looks like Grogu's head
I honestly did not realize how much I wanted and needed them to be reunited until The Book of Boba Fett. After seeing The Rescue and being so devasted by the end, I tried to pound it into my head that them being apart was the best thing for the show and I finally thought that I had somewhat accepted it. But then I see The Book of Boba Fett episodes. And it all gets me again. They are truly meant to be together. Also absolutely beautiful video! Made me so emotional...😭💚
This is so darling! We need a new one of these now that S3 is over! ❤️
*sobbing* this was absolutely amazing
Well this made me cry. I love em so much! Lovely video.
No joke i am watching this vid at least 3 times a day, the chosen sequences and montage are really really good, the job is really well done
Thank you, means a lot!
I really just can't watch this without crying.
True family should be willing to go to the edge of the universe for each other
I sobbed even during the cute/adorable and funny moments these two had
God when those two first met, I could understand that Mando was only doing a job but the partnership of father and son between those two grew showed that Mando truly thought of Grogu as his son was just heart warming. It was sad when he let Luke take him that you could just see how Din was heart broken by losing someone that he had grown so close to over the two seasons.
