"People would gather around their TVs, waiting to catch that first glimpse of the iconic red trucks rolling through the snow covered streets." No they wouldn't.
"Charm of the original". Let's not lose sight of the fact that these ads that pull at your heart strings are made by multi-billion dollar companies who hire multi-million dollar advertising agencies. It really doesn't matter if it is AI or not. It's all the same - marketing designed to get you to purchase a product. I don't hear people complaining about the use of CGI in ads. Why should AI generation be any different?
I loved the 1995 commercial from Coca Cola. Its iconic and so magical. I always get goosebumps en tears in my eyes. Because it stands for a better care free nostalgic time when i was a teen. I never saw a better holliday season commercial after that. I always miss the magic. I just saw the AI version and its all so fake. It lacks the warm fussy holliday fealing
No one likes commercials, they never have. Sometimes, they make you laugh but those ones aren't so good at selling you stuff. With that said, AI video is still too stylized, dreamlike and inconsistent.
So, AI voiceovers often sound strange when the script they are reading has spelling or grammar errors… however, what is often a dead giveaway that a voiceover is AI is that AI doesn’t stop to breathe or make excessive whistling sounds when they say s sounds. At first, I thought this was an AI voiceover, but then I could hear places where the speaker was making short breaths between words, clips where the audio track seemed to have edited out breathing, and the s sounds were grating. Now I’m not sure… some words were clearly pronounced wrong, and the pacing seemed weird, suggesting AI voice, but audible breathing, uneven cadence, sloppy editing make me think it was a person reading a script poorly.
Man, you should have used Eleven Labs for your voiceover! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 It would be interesting to know what product you used for the voiceover so that I can avoid it and not waste my time trying it.
An AI created video criticizing AI created videos.
An AI comments on a video created by AI that criticizes another AI created video.
an AI points out a comment by an AI on a video created by AI that critiques an AI created video. AI don't believe it.
Shit feeding into shit...
Dead RUclips theory
Fake ass AI voice, fake AI video, FAKE AI EVERYWHERE!! 😱

@@Skyset_angel What? Did you mean "touché"?
a simple way to go about this ad, if it ain't broke don't fix it
I have no problem with generative AI just make sure its GOOD. Releasing this sub-par product is a insult to customers.
If it's AI it will never be good.

Lol of course it can
"People would gather around their TVs, waiting to catch that first glimpse of the iconic red trucks rolling through the snow covered streets."
No they wouldn't.
"For many, it (this stupid commercial) marked the official start of the holidays..."
No it didn't
😂 People did NOT "gather around the TV to watch" this commercial in 1995! ("...anxiously awaiting the site of the red trucks.."), just LOL dude
Fromm 1995 the cola trucks have been real on tour through the world...
I personally visited them in germany

You don’t have to buy what they’re selling. Voting with your dollar is the essence of capitalism.
When you try to modernize a classic the remake usually sucks!
I first saw the 1995 ad in school when we were discussing commercials.
Use a better ai voice lol 'coca (dead silence) cola commercial''

I agree they should have used real trucks scenes and people then ai’d it in post pro, oops expensive lesson to learn 😊
As a GenX'er, am I the only one who has never seen the old one?
Yes, yes you are.
@@alphax4785 I must have been out playing haha

No. Ai is very useful.
