- Requested by @BlueShunter13 a while back in a Discord server I was a part of. It is a very simple song, which made me quite confused as to why no one had done it.
Like I said, this song’s complexity is nonexistent. The harmony repeats itself in both the verse and the chorus.

If there was a TV adaptation of 'Museum Piece' (as seen in Vol. 35 of The Railway Series), there would be no reason why this wouldn't be incorporated into it. After all, there is at least one reference to Carnforth in that story.
Thomas stayed overnight at Carnforth on his way to / from the National Railway Museum in York. Carnforth is also the the home of West Coast Railways, the real life NWR🙂 In my headcanon the NWR merged with West Coast Railways since the final Railway Series book. Direct Rail Services would also work on Sodor if it was real, having taken over the NWR goods traffic and the regular Brendam branch traffic (using the Class 37 push-pull trains) progressively since the late 1990s.

At steam town Carnforth there were three continental engines. This French 231 K is one of them. She, a BR 80 and a DB BR 01.10 were saved from scrap by Dr. Peter Beet. But after a change in leadership these three were kicked out and came to Germany.
