Expensive Prismacolour Premium shizzle. (It looks like crayon I could be wrong) the crayon pencils are even more expensive.. shame she didn't answer what brand or anythin. Just heart. I recommend practicing with cheaper pencils otherwise it would be a waste of a good expensive pencil but if your confident go for it The art looks ffn incredible btw the colouring is immaculate.. Its spot on nice sick fanart.. I saw some other shorts aswell its incredible Edit : About the crayon thing.. crayon is notorious for being greasy and hard to work with.. notice how she wears rubber gloves.
