  • When you create CMS Collections in Webflow, you can enter your Collection Items manually, or, import them directly into a CMS Collection via a CSV. This allows you to import hundreds or even thousands of items from an external source.
In this video, we'll show you how to:
    1. Upload a CSV to Webflow CMS
    2. Configure fields and preview Collection Items
    3. Import data
    ----------

How would i go about making a dropdown field for a costumer to choose a certain amount (like 1kg, 2kg, 5kg, and so on...) when creating a CSV?

Was wondering if you are able to make a connection to a MYSQL database instead of exporting the csv so you can just make your changes on your own database server and have it feed into your collections? Great tool by the way, love it!

I must buildk update over 1500 CMS Items via export -> update -> import csv. Where is that? When I do it it simply creates duplicate items and I get CMS Limit alert. I just need to update a few fields in a couple hundred items NOT create duplicate ones. Please update your description with instruction or link to your import replacement guide. Thank you! I dont think Collection ID and Item ID match is working on import, I think its non functional.

For image files can i access them offline from my PC when exporting to csv?

When exporting a collection, image files will show their direct URL rather than the image itself in the CSV file.
      Hope this helps :)

Exporting CMS content is as simple as clicking a button and the CSV file will be downloaded to your device in seconds.
You can import that content into any other CMS system by uploading the CSV file if their system allows that. You'll need to check the documentation of the other host.
