2 lb goat in wok
1tsp salt
1tsp garlic paste
4 cups water
Cover 35 to 45 min
Add 3 tomatoes chopped
Dont stir and cover 5 min
Cut green chillis
Add to wok
Julienne ginger
Add to wok
Add masalay:
1tsp salt
1tsp bp
Kashmiri laal mirch
Chaat masala
Coriander powder
Cumin powder
Red chilli powder
Oil
Yogurt

I’m 19 years old and I’ve never cooked a day in my life, but the other day I wanted to surprise my parents and cook something for them. Being a Karahi lover and having all the ingredients available I followed ur recipe and improvised a bit on my own too😂. After my parents ate it my mom said that the karahi tasted 10x better than the way she makes it and my dad said that it reminded him of the karahi in pakistan. I can’t believe that something I made for the 1st time actually tasted that good and that’s all because of ur easy and helpful recipe. Thank you ruby aunty♥️
