13:02 Ive wanted a macross figure who can make the 3 modes but they are really expensive Im surprised a model kit satisfies me even more than a figure I was looking for I love u gunpla
There's nice macross gunpla too, I have the one from delta but they also have the fighters from frontier and heavy armor variants for both. They transform into all three modes and are generally great, only issue I had with mine is that some parts were hard to lock for the transformation and the legs were too stiff in gerwalk mode, couldn't really spread naturally. Also wouldn't recommend them if you're inexperienced when it comes to waterslides because there's tons of those, they give you stickers but they don't look as good.
Hey at least we got hg 1/100 yf19 and durandal coming up in june Still why not the og vf1 valkyries or excaliburs or siegfrieds idk Also bandai give us hg destroid monster plz
2:14 For me, colour accuracy isn't a huge issue. If it looks good without certain stickers applied, that's all I worry about. My HGCE Strike Noir is a good example. I didn't apply the grey waist sticker, and I think the additional red which is left visible looks better.
I am alright with the buster rifles not having pegs or anything, in that this makes it less of a pain in the ass for others to use its rifles, or for it to use other weapons like the weapon sets.
I love the Airmaster, so I don't mind the shortcomings to otherwise well executed model kit. Also, I gave him the pistols from the Amazing Weapons Binders and they fit like a dream.
I'm here after the Pbandai Airmaster Burst announcement. Time to repaint, I guess. Should've gotten this sooner. Also, I did the Gerwalk mode with both my HGAC Wing and Wing Zero kits. Looks darn funny.
I don't really care about stickers and the weapons can't hold very well...I usually don't apply the stickers that bandai provide (except the eyes and sensors stickers) I paint the missing color apps on the kit. But for those who don't paint well thats the problem. As the hands, I don't think that is a big of the deal really......
Most sleek flight form so far in an HG kit. Hopefully there will be an improved version of this in Witch from Mercury and/or the next Gundam Build series where the head doesn't need to be removed to switch to flight mode. Good example of flight form head cover for full-transforming HG would be like the F90 Warbird's backpack, and/or small shield that covers the head during flight mode.
Oops, I totally missed this in my feed. Disappointing, given the price, but glad you can kinda try tricks out like the gatling attaching to its shoulder. I still want this, but it's not as high on my list of priorities as it was. I like the design, and given how Gundam X is, modifying it makes sense.
Is it me or do the legs look like zeta gundams oneo_O and I juss bought the Johnny Ridden zaku 2 hm type, I'm gonna give him a top coat and weathering *tamiya weathering master*to bring out his ace status, so far the build is pretty good and the marking decals are so nice, still kinda sad it was too late when he found out kacilia died *around the time he went MIA after battling the FA gundam :-[
I'm glad the Airmaster for remastered. Sad it was slightly half assed, but much better than the No Grade. Have a plan for this suit, which my NG was in the middle of doing but lost its head.
My guess as to why the hands at loos is Bandai is planning to make em standard mould also will you be reviewing the epyon you got i wanna see what its like cause i might ge it for my little bro
and soon we are getting the P-Bandai HGAW Gundam Airmaster Burst WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Just wanted to point out This kit was probobly only made cause they wanted to see if it would get ppl to wanna watch Gundam X cause that serise like orginal gundam failed but unlike original gundam Gundam X never made a surprise comeback thats why only the X and Double X ever make any apprenance in other media outside the show. also its a fact that all the gundams from X are basicly just revised versions of the Gundam Wing units. Airmaster is really just a scaled down and a dare say mass produced version of Wing/Wing Zero. Leopard is Heavyarms. The X seems to borrow from the wing gundam but is more close to the RX-78. and dont get me started on Virsago thats pretty much Epyon and Altron gundam combined. Ashtron is probobly the only one that's almost all original aside from the scissor claws.
I was very happy with the new HG Turn A. Granite it could have used some more accessories. Seems like bandai dropped the ball recently with the zeta plus recall and the price on this kit.
The HG Turn A has sub-par color separation and articulation. Most recent HGs can go toe-to-toe with their MG counterparts in terms of articulation. The Turn A can't. The only thing it has going for it is its sculpt, which is basically the MG scaled down.
The HG Turn A is the only version I have lol... So I can't speak about comparison that much. Articulation is not high on my list to make or break a kit because I don't do that much dynamic posing with my kits. This hobby is also very subjective which makes it great in my opinion : ).
Plenty of kits with generic hands can hold their weapons just fine, so I don't see anything wrong with being critical. And I can't only be positive in a review :p (especially when there are obvious flaws)

Gerwalker mode sold me on this kit. I need it just for that

The engineering is where the money went
So they made this but not a leopard? My fave suit?
*TRIGGERED*

Everyone remembers X, Virsago and Airmaster but me...
Where's the Leopard?
Ikr!?
HG leopard Da Vinci from HGBF line is pretty much the same
@@jagerzaku9160
It lacks the aesthetics.
I want the damn Bertigo!

Oh that's what that thing is called. Looks sweet. Sure, henpeck Bandai abd pray to God they don't P-Bandai it.

Little to no parts form?
I NEED IT

Bonus points for Gerwalk mode
You had me good at the gerwalk mode......
Same here.
10:40 for a second there I thought you were referring to the zeta...
I hope the Leopard Gundam gets a revive soon! I would definitely buy both the original 1/144 scale and revive!
Aren't those trigger finger hands the same design they used on the HGAW Double X, though?
But can it gerwalk
Im still waiting for the Airmaster Burst
LatencyProblem There's a 1/100 scale.
Me from the future. HGAW airmaster burst pbandai announced today June 30, 2020
Wait, we're supposed to pronounce Leopard similar to Leopardon from the Japanese Spiderman show?
Oops, I totally missed this in my feed.

Do you think you can mod the head to fit without removing it while transforming?
The way you panel line your kits makes them look way older
What about an HGAW leopard tho? :((
You probably just sold me on buying this kit to be my first custom kit.
Is it me or do the legs look like zeta gundams oneo_O and I juss bought the Johnny Ridden zaku 2 hm type, I'm gonna give him a top coat and weathering *tamiya weathering master*to bring out his ace status, so far the build is pretty good and the marking decals are so nice, still kinda sad it was too late when he found out kacilia died *around the time he went MIA after battling the FA gundam :-[
why do I have an urge to get one and display it in gerwalk mode

cool model
Would you recommend it more or less than the NG?
Everything is better than a No-Grade.
and soon we are getting the P-Bandai HGAW Gundam Airmaster Burst WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
This is basically just the Zeta with the Seraphim's shoulders.
Mega Cat not really this came way before the seraphim its more lile the zeta if it turned into a jet like vehicle

and you dooooo know that all the wing suit were based on the G gundam suits
Nah, I'd say the HG Turn A is more disappointing.
Looks like it was the right decision to skip that one then =P

I don't really care about it either, but it's just disappointing compared to every other kit in the HG all Gundam project line.
okay, so they gave us an HGAW Airmaster but no sign of the Airmaster Burst in any grade at all. cmon Bandai.
Why not paint with Rust-Oleum
bandai answered, but its p-bandai
The top ball joint for this is godawful on my copy.
im sorry if i offend you but you are being kind of critical about it especially with the guns wiggling a bit in the hands
