If Voltage-current goes below set threshold value or CB open status through logic then it will be pole dead condition.

Can I ask you for information? I have a problem with micom p142 when I inject the current I > the circuit breaker reacts and opens but when I inject the fault current the circuit breaker is in the open position it closes greetings

Check PSL if there any closing logic mistake, if necessary check real time monitoring, so u can check live status changes. If nothing there from relay side then you need to check external wiring.
