Unfortunately, the democrats begrudgingly stated that they will adhere to the law and hand count the ballots, but refuse to do the tabulation, so in essence this really renders the hand counting of the ballots as deficient at best. Here is an example: Let us say that there are 8 ballots cast, 4 for Trump and 4 for the Democrats, in which those at the precinct count the ballots and state that there are 8 ballots total. Take notice that they are not allowed to tabulate (state how many of the eight were for Trump versus the Democrats). This function they say must be done by a machine for which is programmed via software, and that software not allowed to be inspected by anyone. This same software, as affirmed by presentations from dominion is where percentages and decimal points are used. Thus, the software can be programmed to count all votes for Trump at say 60% and all Democrat votes at 140%. Thus, the vote total 4 for Trump would now read 2.4 votes and the Democrats would read at 5.6 votes... take notice the software then rounds the 2.4 to 2 and the 5.6 to 6 in which the 2 and the 6 when added together still totals that of the 8 ballots as hand counted. (It does not account for the software changing the percentage of the votes. Thus, now Trump instead of being counted for votes in his favor, is now showing 2, and the Democrat votes showing 6 for the Democrats. So, as one can see hand counting the ballots, for which the counters are not being allowed to see who the votes are for, solves in reality - NOTHING. They should be sorted into two piles (Trump and the Democrat) and then counted as to affirm the vote totals, and then sent through the tabulators to affirm these counts. I don't understand the problem of hand-counting votes. In the Basque Country, indeed, in all of Spain, hand- counting votes is how it is done. The counting process is witnessed by members of political parties. Paper ballots. No cards, no machine voting. Totally transparent. I have witnessed and, indeed, participated in this. The problem is that the US seems to have a bad system for counting votes. The fact that some people have to wait hours to vote is a very bad sign. This never happens in the Basque Country. Government-issued photo ID is also mandatory as it is in all of Europe. Why don't Americans do this?

But since you Americans saved and defended our asses for a long time after the Second World War, I would like to make an exception - as a small return, so to speak - to contribute the following consideration: The decision of the obviously corrupt US Supreme Court that the President is now above the law logically should also apply to the current President. So, what speaks against sending the National Guard to Georgia (and other states?) to enforce the correct certification of the voters' will, if necessary, under the threat of armed force? Example, say the voting software is setup to say every vote trump counts as say 60% and the democrat vote is set to be 140% for each vote cast. Now let us count just 8 votes (4 for Trump and 4 for the Democrats) It would Trump as having 2.4 votes

I don't understand the problem of hand-counting votes. In the Basque Country, indeed, in all of Spain, hand- counting votes is how it is done. The counting process is witnessed by members of political parties. Paper ballots. No cards, no machine voting. Totally transparent. I have witnessed and, indeed, participated in this. The problem is that the US seems to have a bad system for counting votes. The fact that some people have to wait hours to vote is a very bad sign. This never happens in the Basque Country. Government-issued photo ID is also mandatory as it is in all of Europe. Why don't Americans do this?
As a German citizen (born in 1953), I shouldn't actually interfere in the US elections. But since you Americans saved and defended our asses for a long time after the Second World War, I would like to make an exception - as a small return, so to speak - to contribute the following consideration: The decision of the obviously corrupt US Supreme Court that the President is now above the law logically should also apply to the current President. So, what speaks against sending the National Guard to Georgia (and other states?) to enforce the correct certification of the voters' will, if necessary, under the threat of armed force? Later followed by a presidential pardon from Kamala Harris.

How is this Trump's fault? Article I, Section 4 of the United States Constitution gives state legislatures the authority to determine how congressional elections are to be held. Congress can also make or alter regulations related to elections, except for the places of choosing Senators. This is a state matter, left to the discretion of the legislature of Georgia, because Congress is not involved.

Barely any non-citizens vote in presidential elections. It's such a non-issue inflated by the racist Republican party.
Unfortunately, they are only counting the number of ballots but are not tabulating the results by hand. Thus, the counting of the vote totals only ensures no additional ballots added after the fact, but still does nothing to address the partial vote count function as advertised by dominion executives when selling this software to the state (for which they allow no one to see the actual coding as used on election day). Example: say there is a total of 8 votes (4 for Trump and 4 for the Democrats) and the voting software is programed to count all Trump Votes as being 60% of 1, and the democrats votes are to be counted as 140% of 1. If counting the total ballots - for which they are proposed as doing now, the vote ballots would still equal 8, however in the tabulating machine it counts Trumps Vote as being 2.4 votes and democrat votes as 5.6 votes. As one can see the ballot total is still 8. Thus, counting the total number of ballots has done nothing in exposing the fraud.... the ballot tabulation is what really needs to be counted. The voters need to know exactly how many ballots were votes for trump, and how many ballots were voted in favor of the Democrats.

The only problem is that urban areas have the same time frame to vote as the rural areas controlled in information by the corrupt rich without much competition.
