There is some rumors about it that say m_filter 1 is better for Razer mice. I don't know if this is actually true, because I have an Abyssus V2 and I can't really see any difference, but on my old mouse Zalman ZM-M250 the difference is pretty big when I set the value on 1 (too smooth & delayed movements & acceleration). Safest option is to disable it (m_filter 0). I can't say this is 100% accurate, but I tried to explain best I can. If you want more/accurate details, search on the internet.
