- So crunchy and delicious! I can't stop eating this avocado salad! Quick Salad with Avocado and Cabbage! Healthy snack in 5 minutes. It turns out to be very useful and tasty. A quick avocado and kale recipe that everyone will love! If you like unusual and interesting combinations of tastes, you should definitely try this incredibly tasty salad. 🥑 RECIPE:
Cabbage 200gr.
Cucumber 1 pc.
we cut
Radishes 5 pcs.
we cut
onions.
Dill.
juice of 1 lemon.
olive oil 80 ml
Avocado 1 pc.
Mustard 1 teaspoon.
Clean and cut the avocado.
Salt.
garlic 1 clove.
Grind until smooth.
This made a very tasty sauce!
Add to the salad.
Mix well.
That's all!
It turned out very tasty and vitamin salad!
Be sure to cook!

Tasted great thanks! I added some finely chopped carrot, half a green apple and I left out the green onion. The avocado dressing was super too.

I'm always looking for salads that do not require lettuce. Lettuce is a cold-weather crop and we don't get a lot of cold weather where I live. This looks wonderful. And, it would be spectacular on tacos! Thank you for posting.

Polite tip, change half of the cabbage to lettuce BOTH finely chopped and add sour cream or Greek yogurt to the dressing once you've finished the dressing 😌👍🙏

I’ve eaten this the last 3 meals! So tasty & crisp! At lunch today there was only about 1 cup left, so I added some sliced turkey & some Pepper Jack cheese. Yummy!

This will be my second time making this delicious salad. I am going to chill in the fridge for about an hour to let the dill really shine. It's so good, nutritious and filling. I do eat the whole thing for a meal.

Looks good, I would prefer the sauce not to be mixed into the salad. That way, some of the vegetables are not covered by it.
