How would you describe the padding and leather itself (regardless of chair position)? Does it have thick padding or does it have cotton material in it so it doesn't bounce back after you sit in it for awhile? Do you think the memory foam option is worth it?
When it reclines back, can you stop it at any moment or does it force through? My ceiling isn't tall enough for it at max height, I'm wondering if I can stop the height at will.
