@@conradsmith7752 cheers Conrad! Love that! Thank you. It’s the novapress aco103, (but uses Milwaukee batteries) I think they’re the same guns to be honest. 🤣🤣
Lovely job Dan 👍 I would have left them flexi’s hanging as that looks like a pull out tap. Surprised the customer didn’t have something like an ariston europrisma to supply hot water, seems daft considering the place will of cost a fair bit to build.
@@Adie2024 cheers, it’s not a pull out tap mate. And I’m surprised they didn’t either. I wasn’t working directly for the client though. Subcontracted in :)
Cheers Dan , something I’ve always wondered is, does the overflow have to be able to cope with the maximum flow from the taps, if so do you check that? Great vid as always 👍👌
I like this channel, and I think you're a conscientious plumber, but.... If our paths ever cross, don't ask to use one of my chisels! I'm sure my heart stopped for a second or two when you suggested using one to tighten a sink drainer.😨😱 Fernox LS-X is my preferred sealant - you tried it? I always cut down tap securing bolts/stems to size, then a regular or long reach socket can easily be used to position & tighten the nut. Lastly, I always thought that Plumbers use 'Transit' sized vans so that they can carry a lot of stock. Yet, RUclips Plumbers always have to 'go to the merchants' because they 'haven't got any on the van'. Meanwhile, they're watching the clock and counting the £'s. 🤪 All said in jest Dan, love the vids, keep 'em coming.👍
@@mastercraft5798 cheers pal. Ls-x is bloody expensive haha! But used it once or twice! I could be better with van stock absolutely. But it’s just dead money sat there 🤣🤣🤣
Them composite sinks stink when you cut into them. I use a diamond bit on a grinder and it honks. 😂 Assuming they'll want an undersink heater at some point?
Hmmm was there a jack sparrow Easter egg on the first job ? I don’t know why but my evil side came out after you fit the flexis on the tap. I was like oh just watch , he’s gonna turn the tap on just to test and realise that the trap is not on !! That obviously didn’t happen (proven that you are not a complete donut) otherwise it would’ve made some EPIC content 😂 Thanks Dan for another one
@Heatking it kind of works, a good 12 years ago we did a job down south, I am a Manc anyway comes to testing we had pure leaks and it was the same lad a 4th year apprentice who had managed to fuck the fittings up, might sound tight but he was the only who had trouble some were in awkward place but he could of asked for help but didn't was a massive site aswell

I’m surprised, given how much that place must have cost, that they didn’t have an electric water heater fitted under the sink!
