RUclips stats showed me that people use the slider to create their own duration. So, if you want 6 hours to skip ahead :). I do, myself, sleep to the vacuum cleaner sound almost every night.

Over the course of 3-4 days I'll get through the 11 hours plus and have to start again. I listen through wireless headphones and it helps me concentrate on whatever I need to focus on.. with no external distractions. This is a godsend!
