Hi Chris. Great video. Im at a complete loss at to what bike to get. I wad looking at the supercaliber or top fuel 9.8. I ride occasional trials, do a lot of xc and will order ride on roads to get to the xc route. I bought a orbea rallon m20 but found the geometry wasnt kind on road travel, very slow. What are your thoughts on theas bikes, do you think they will suit my riding styles
Definitely tough, with the new Top fuel it's spacing them out further. Xc and road the super caliber is going to be faster. Top fuel will be ok on roads but you may want to switch out the stock tires
@@goodluckchrisclark Thanks Chris. Its so hard choosing a bike at the moment as no where has stock to test. Im swaying towards supercaliber. Read somewhere that it wasnt very comfortable, 😂 as you say, difficult one
I'm the between trying to decide Top fuel 9.8 / Or the SC-Blur TR . I'm mixed XC /with some technical trials here in Colorado.. I tend to like a lighter bike..26lbs range ish..I understand the Top Fuel is heavy ? no true weight given for it? Wondering if the Blur TR pretty similar to T-fuel?
Hey chris im having a huge dilema between the top fuel 7 and ex 7. My riding is more xc/down country, bumpy, rocky trail riding. I dont do big jumps or bashing. Its just really rough terrain bumpy as its the middle east or flat loose sandy gravel trails. Please advice. Thank you
Yes I can, was on my list. I did just make a down country vs trail bike video too highlighting both their types ruclips.net/video/pgMV_YeWzXA/видео.html

Top fuel is only 26 Lbs too, comes with carbon wheels and bar. Both great Top fuel definitely is more downhill/downcountry rated tires will be slow
Recommendations on making it more of a xc bike?
Faster tires, they have overkill traction and will roll slow.
@@goodluckchrisclark I'm picking the bike up Monday. . I was thinking the maxxis 2.3 Reckons

This will be my next bike currently 2022 Marlins 7
Excellent that's going to be fire!
Nice review and lovely looking bike. But man, you need a better microphone. The audio quality makes it hard to listen to.
Appreciate the feed back
what size is this bike?
Can you do a comparison between the new top fuel and fuel ex? Which is the more "All-rounder" bike of the two?
Yes I can, was on my list. I did just make a down country vs trail bike video too highlighting both their types
