Or is it just purely better on a smooth, hard surface? Because it seems like the carpet would maybe have different friction when it comes to stopping and starting, or resistance/non-existence. Honeslty I'm curious of when you are preparing to so this type of thing of someone who was only, say...used to a smooth hard floor would have a ton of difficulty trying to hit their same moves on carpet. My thoughts are that it also makes take more effort on carpet, as in you would get more tired or sore faster on carpet because of the force required to move across carpet, compared to a smooth surface. I feel like this could be something that makes quite a big difference. Can I ask what some of both your thoughts and/or experiences are about this type of thing, AJJ and Blaze?? I am rather curious.
It's harder to glide and float on carpet. It's funny. We were trying to decide where to shoot the freestyles and the only reason we picked that spot was because it has mirrors. The carpet was not favorable to our old feet and knees. Lol. But, if you are a floater, you love to dance on smoother surfaces. Great question

But I can definitely understand the reason you pucked that room tho, if it was the only one with the mirrors.
