Having a Tailbone misaligned is so painful to sit, stand, or even to bend over. So when Dr.jason adjusted, it was a powerful relief. A huge life saver. Thank god for Doctors like Dr. Jason.

Based on her complaints she has injured her erector spinae muscle group. The tendon for this muscle group attaches at the base of sacrum and some fibers attach into the coccyx (tail bone). She needs a progressive/gradual erector spinae strengthening program in order to resolve the pain. There is no adjustment or gimmick treatment to fix this. This is essentially an erector spinae tendinopathy.
Additionally she states it hurts when she stands up. This makes sense because the gluteal muscles attach into the coccyx as well as the erector spinae. Standing up is essentially a squat type movement which uses both glutueal and erector spinae muscles. Thus performing squats every other day as pain tolerates will cure this problem.

I'm surprised she's still got such a beautiful figure. I seriously injured my tailbone (coccyx) back in 2017 that still hasn't healed completely. I've had to stop being so active due to excruciating constant & daily pain & I've gained around 15-20 lbs. 😥 I've had physical therapy, massage therapy, chiropractic care, electric stimulation.

I broke my tailbone 10 years ago. I feel your pain. Stay strong and anti-inflammatory smoothies help alot. Like spinach parsley and a shit ton of turmeric. Plus a lot of daily advil
