Nice builds, and nice world-building! I think the Dark Oak Ents would be similar in appearance to, but even sturdier than, the Oak Ents. Maybe a little larger as well?
Aw man, you did a fantastic job on those Ents! I'd love to see a variety of wood types, but also different shapes and sizes of those same Ents so as to customize to each fairy's level of expertise in arbormancy. I'm already waiting in anticipation for when you're going to start setting up some of those smaller lumber encampments around Timberfall. :D

A flower Ent who is more passive but can pollinate plants and cause rapid growth on a large scale would be cool!
You could also implement some passive Ents that are being used to get work done in the Fairy villages
I imagine that jungle tree ents would be the most powerful and rare type, due to it's sheer size
