I always thought Phoebe’s and Prue’s second powers should have been switched. Astral projection is more of a mind based power like Phoebe’s premonitions and eventually empathy, while moving a physical body to levitate would be more telekinesis based like Prue. But the way it turned out was cool too, don’t get me wrong.
Prue power is mind base, telekinesis, move things with your mind, with her telekinesis she can already levitate herself to a degree so having levitation as a secondary power wouldn't make any sense for Prue, but otherwise phoebe should of gotten another power instead of levitation
You are 100% right, later on Phoebe even learned to astral project into her premonitions so it further supports your theory. I guess magic sometimes acts with a mind of it's own that doesn't follow logic.

All there powers blended into each other. Just like the Triquetra depicts. Phoebe had a power where she could levitate herself. Piper had the power to slow things down at a molecular level and Prue could sense things that were off just like Phoebe did.
All I’m gonna say is Prue was absolutely beautiful in this episode and I remember watching this when I was 13 and I was like omg Prue just moved outta her body (at the time I never knew what astral projection was)
I'll never understand why someone as confident, talented, and (although the writers may have forgotten) extremely educated and knowledgeable (even speaking latin) would ever tolerate the blatant disrespect Bucklands gave her time and time again. I get it that everyone needs a job and even assuming they paid very well it seems contrary to her character that she wouldn't stick up for herself or look for another job that respected her.
I thought that too lol. But I think she really liked her job. Especially given that in an alternate future she owned Bucklands and other international branches of it. Yes she loved photography, but they don’t make lots of money and she needed to pay bills and help keep the house.

I personally knew someone that was a Wiccan. She told me that irl, there’s no magic or witchcraft involved. It’s just the belief in nature and all its natural properties. As for Astral Projection, later cgi would forget about the fate online and only focus on the popping lights. There’s also thoughts of this physical version is on the good side only, while the astral a like Rex and Barbas r evil.

I loved her Astral Projection powers, I really wish we could have seen how far they developed
They developed so far that even after Prue's death her sisters were able to tap into it.
I think she would of eventually be conscious in both forms and use her power at the same time, that would of been too good to be true lol
