Jolyne died like Jonathan. In the ocean, fighting for the fate of the world, and rescuing a child. Did you notice that Jolyne blinded Pucci in the same eye that Dio was blinded in when Dire threw the Harmon roses at him?
Love that moment that Jotaro and Jolyne had there in the end. Contrary to what you thought at the beginning of the part, Jolyne is just basically saying, i never hated you, i always cared about you, i knew that in the end you would be there for me. Such a wholesome moment they shared there.
Jolyne is goated. To other Pucci is ahead of time since they are not synced and he is literally capable to move react and think, basically everything, at infinite speed. Despite that, she took his eye, gave him a little whooping held him of and send Emporio of with Weather Reporsr stand disc. Amazing.
1:34 YOOOOO we're starting today's episodes with this confirm! So excited about it man ❤So, here we need a little bit of historic context of Araki's life at the time: 2004, Araki was writing jojos from 17 years at the time, he never missed a single week of publication on the famous magazine Shonen Jump. However, he had some type of arguing with his editors about some plot choices, like Jolyne that couldn't be a female because she wouldn't have caught the male audience or like the fact that Jotaro (which was the main mascot of jojos) had lost at the start of part 6. In general, his editors didn't want Araki to take some risks that would lead to lose audience, cause at the time there were very few others popular manga on shonen jump. Therefore, Araki decided to give Stone Ocean a huge finale for jojo's: since he wasn't inspired to continue THIS Joestar lineage anymore, and since he wanted to face back his editors, he kinda ended the original universe with this finale. Indeed, the last part of Stone Ocean is set in 2012, which was considered the year of the end of the world for the Maya's culture, and so Araki gave Pucci the power to literally end it: Made in Heaven (whose name was originally Starway to Heaven in the first manga release). It's a reference to the last album of the Queen, which symbolize the last stand appeared in this universe. The lyrics of the song are also a reference to its power like "Yes, it's really meant to be, deep in my heart", which has a feeling of "this what fate really led to, from the start of part 1". Its power is basically an extension of C-Moon power, cause it controls basically the gravity of the whole universe, which leads to the acceleration of the time of everything which is a non-living being, always for the theory of relativity. Also, Pucci's speed is accelerated each second that passes, so he's faster and faster, meaning that he can reach an infinite speed (as shown in made in heaven stand stats). Then, what happens if the universal time is accelerated? What happens at the end of the universe? Well, there's the "Big Crunch" theory that states basically that after the end of a universe, another one is born, meaning that there's a cycle of repeated universes. This is what happens in episode 38, the new universe is exactly what Pucci and Dio were finding: Heaven. A reality where everyone in humanity has experienced what they've done in the previous universe, therefore everyone knows what is their fate and everything that will happen to them. Mankind will technically evolve because no mistakes will be made, and everyone will be happy. But then, the things happened in episode 38 will happen and... (I'll get into them in the next reaction). Btw, talking more on ep 37... this is my favorite and saddest episode oat cause of how sad is Jotaro and Jolyne's deaths and also for some amazing references. The only mangaka that could still work in accelerated time is Rohan which, if you didn't know, he's the Araki counterpart in jojos himself, meaning that he arrived at a point where he can no longer respect the weekly chapters deadline: indeed Araki moved to Ultra Jump for part 7-8-9, which has a monthly schedule, so he can work more freely from his editors and better (he also improved his artstyle). Also Jotaro's scar on his face is exactly like the one shown on OINGO BOINGO'S freaking manga... like doing this callback is crazy to me, you can check it on your reaction to that episode ahah. And last but not least, Jolyne's sacrifice in the attempt to fight Pucci alone is a callback to JONATHAN's freaking line that he said in the first episode to Erina: "a true gentleman has to be brave enough to go into a fight he knows he'll lose"... that's so sad 😢 Concluding this with that Pucci's line: "The Joestar family, through their bloodline, have seized victories by drawing strength from honor and courage. However, your bloodline is also your weakness." This is the true jojo's finale.
I'm very glad Araki was able to make the jojo of this part a female! Jolyne was a breath of fresh air for sure! Infinite speed is insaneeee lol. Yeah I feel like it hits even harder rewatching episode 37 after seeing the finale, at least for me. That's a really cool callback from Araki for Jotaro's injury, wonder if he had planned from part 3 that this would be the injury that would kill him... The line about a true gentlemen and the Joestars is PEAK
@@JayReacts883 also another Fun fact, when Jotaro died during Bites The Dust, he also died the same way as predicted in Boingos book, so he was destined to die by his face getting slice in half, Thoth's predictions are always correct!
"I'm crucified, Crucified, like my savior, Saintlike Behavior, a lifetime I prayed, I'm crucified like for the holy dimension, Godlike ascension heavens away" -Pucci probably (I've seen so many TikTok edits of Pucci with that song lol)
Fun Fact: At the time of the events at Cape Canaveral, including the time acceleration, Giorno was actually in FLORIDA in Disney Land celebrating Mista's Birthday.

I genuinly hate Pucci. Pucci thinks of himself as a Hero but in reality he is acting in selfishness. He abandoned all of his principles and lost himself somewhere on the way to heaven. By the end he was truly rotten to the core. Amazingly written tho
@@ciccio7663 Yes, love it but as i said the same time it makes me hate him lol. I cannot imagine how it was to them having to hear his constant yapping. I cannot imagine him standing infront of me, he just has such punchable face lol. As a villain he is great.

Jolyne died like Jonathan. In the ocean, fighting for the fate of the world, and rescuing a child.
