Those are from breakers i take it? Definitely a thicker plating than the stuff im dealing with. I tested 500g of plated pins from automotive relays and didnt get much. In the future ill recover it as anode slimes from a copper cell im going to have to build

This method did not succeed in melting the silver.
There was no melting of silver. It was a process of recovering the silver from plated items. The silver powder is what you would melt.
