Hi, Firstly, we Indians use cinammon in almost all curries + desserts. It's not restricted to desserts only. Secondly, overseas Indian restaurants do not have or prepare authentic Indian food. I live in New Zealand, and it's really hard to find authentic Indian food.
Yess...not to offend anyone...most of the cooks in these restaurants are Bangladeshi or Pakistani so one cannot get the exact flavour of Indian cuisine.
@@geetikasingh2770 exactly, but also South-Indian cooks are making North- Indian food, and North-Indian making South-Indian food. It's all very confusing, as India has diiferent cuisine and overseas it's hard to find different cooks for different cuisines like marathi, Gujarati, Kashmiri etc.

Everything has its own specific flavour that we ruin by putting too many spices sometimes … that is my personal opinion 👍💕🥰
