It's 1 gaurenteed SAR per booster box not per 10 packs. If you buy loose packs tri f terrastel festival you bet you'll pull zero SARs as the loose packs are out up for sale after the pee box SAR is pulled. Been like this for years.

In Japan the boosters are cheap and these power sellers care most about volume vs price gouging Realistically a US seller would want $350 if they spent $80 on a booster pack Since this card is 4x harder to pull in english, and since etbs will be 2x more expensive (at least for now) I would expect 8x the price So 8x $350 or ~$2,800 bucks
For the most part japanese cards are worth almost exactly half of whatever the English version sells for and its dynamic as they tend to always be a difference of 50%. But because umbreon ex SAR in prismatic evolutions is so much harder to pull, let alon the hihhh cost to entry i wouldn't be surprised ine bit if the English version is $1000 or more.
I feel like you didn’t really address two major contributing factors: the pull rates, and the hype. For us in the west, we are definitely entering a new 2016 pkm go, 2020 beginning of Covid, levels of hype in the TCG that inflates and changes the demand. The Pikachu is a decent comparison, but surging sparks wasn’t sold out before the set came out, with ETB’s sold for a 400% markup. Beyond that, in some of the openings we have seen passed around from people who got the set early, the pull rates for the SIR’s seem to be pretty awful, pretty sure the number was roughly around 1-64/80? Which is relatively normal for sets recently, but with it being a special set with thirty of the damn things? Well that is definitely a factor the Japanese cards don’t have, with a SIR being guaranteed in every box. I’m not sure how these factors will impact the price, but it should have at least been discussed

This whole set is just an absolute train wreck, I think this umbreon is going to be a £1-2k card easy which is just ridiculous, and to be clear I mean when the prices settle. Just based on the prices people are paying for pre ordered, let’s way under value and say you can pick up an ETB on the secondary market for £100 Which at the minute you absolutely can not do, but let’s just say you did and you manage to get 10 of them so youhave 100 packs of this set for £1000. And if you’re realllly lucky you might get 2 SIR cards based on the packs I have seen people open. And even then most of the time realistically your pulling an ogerpon and a teropagose. Just that alone will push the price of the umbreon to £1-2k and I think that is being conservative. This set should have been like crown zenith, if you opened 100 packs of crown zenith you would maybe have 20-30 really good pulls, this whole set is just an absolute flop
the umbreon is the more popular pokemon. while roaring moon has some fans, umbreon is on a totally different tier, it is the favorite pokemon of many people. i have maybe met 1 person who loves roaring moon (because they love salamence), and over 100 who love umbreon

Pull rates for this set are horrible by far worse than evolving skies. From the packs being opened its looking like 1 sar to every 100 pack's. Poke rev opend 400 packs and only pull 3 sir, there was another opening of 1100 packs on another channel and only 10 sir was pulled, its also looking like gold is 1 in around every 200 packs. Again this is from Confirmed pack opening and on film. Do not buy at these high prices online for seald u will lose horribly.
