Seriously need to look at how SBA loans are awarded to small businesses. HUGE discrepancy where minorities are denied at significantly higher rates. This leaves small business owners at the mercy of preditory lenders. The breakdown of why these loans are denied should be made more publicly available, and these big banks put on display when they suck one in and then blame it on underwriting….
Navy Federal is picking who the should too for real .I applied for a car loan for 16,000, and I was denied i got and approved for 25,000 car loan at a dealer !!
How do I join
I make 6 figures, no debt, over 780 credit score, immaculate credit history (never missed a payment) and was still denied. So apparently they go on more than just credit scores.

Yes they are I had a grievance and I gave them all the documents. They asked for and they still denied me and let the individual keep my money!! And they tell you that you’ll receive your check 2 days before and you don’t! I served my country and this is how they treat us.

Ok. I couldn't sue when they did it to me. Fordham University in the Bronx has the same lending practices. No black people. Small business loans. I been there and couldn't sue. How are these people getting these lawsuits? Are they paying, is it contingency? Pro bono?

I too was denied. Another company gave me a loan. They are right. I went for another refinance loan with them, I was given one amount then it doubled. I refuse to accept and went to another bank who gave me the loan with less interest rate. Soldiers should not have to go through this. How do I get added.
Whenever I have been denied a loan and gotten it from someone else. I just assumed the one bank evaluated the risk differently and decided to do business with me. Sometimes I even go to multiple banks and get competing offers and choose the best one.
I have always thought that banks provide loans in their best interest and that I should choose the situation thats best for me.
