Heather, Terry Dubrow buy $16M ‘botched’ Beverly Hills estate, plan to renovate

The Dubrows are building their next dream house.
Heather and Dr. Terry Dubrow have recently purchased a Beverly Hills estate for $16.1 million after selling their Orange County mega-mansion - appropriately dubbed “Château Dubrow” - for a record-breaking $55 million last fall.
According to Entertainment Tonight, the 9,000-square-foot pad sits on 8.2 acres and was previously owned by late filmmaker Dino De Laurentiis.
