I'm going there for the snow next January ! But when is the best week of January for snow hmm.. I'll visit the outskirts of Tallinn were more snow is accumulated. I'll built my own castle or iglu!
Terrific, you visited the architecture museum. My only visit there was on my first visit to Estonia in the year 1997. Then they were displaying a gallery of Estonia natural marble core drilling examples. On subsequent visits to Estonia, the museum has been closed, so yet to be back.
