A Cold Winter Morning at Schiphol Airport - Winter PlaneSpotting - Crazy Sunrise during Inbound Rush

Welcome to our latest video!
This time we are back at Schiphol Airport for the Morning inbound rush. During the night there was some little snowfall and that created a thin layer of snow, lets say up to 1 whole centimeter..
The wintertime here in The Netherlands isnt that good for the snow fans. As we only have a few days a year the snow is falling it feels almost like an extended Autumn.
We had a pretty busy morning starting at runway 27, main inbound runway during the early hours this day. With one of the highlights the NCA Boeing 747-8F Cargo. Switching locations for the sunrise, runway 18R landings it is. The runway was soaked in water coming from the melting snow and some hail showers inbetween the landings. Creating one of the best moments we EVER had at the famous Polderbaan.
After that we made a stop for the other highlights, the Silk Way West Airlines Boeing 777F and the Cathay Cargo Boeing 747-8F Landing at runway 18C!
All on all a jam packed video with loads of close up action!

We talked about this with a friend of us that works at maintenance. He told is its caused by little pieces of the tarmac sucked up into the engine! But its a pretty rare sight!
