Always cut your cards first and then laminate them all. Its tedious work I know, but they last longer. Children have the habit of ripping the cards apart. They play with the edges and it starts peeling. So its always better to leave a little plastic seal around the edges of the cards
I also suggest you to watch this video where I have used one more method to laminate small parts. This is the most efficient and durable one and will not tear apart even if you bend the card. Do check it out and let me know if you have any queries. ruclips.net/video/HocIf5uHGB8/видео.html

This method works best when u are using thin pouches like 80 microns. If the paper or pouches are thicker, the upper layer will peel off when the card is bend. There is an alternate method while using cardstock or thick pouches. After printing, first cut the A4 paper into requiered pieces. Then place them inside the pouches leaving some space between each other. Finally, laminate it and cut out the pieces. This is actually double work, but works best. I will soon make a video in this method and share the link here.

Hi, can you please mention the type of paper used like 90GSM photo paper or any other kind which goes well with 3 mil lamination sheet. As I experienced that the laminated edges if cut close to the paper it gets pealed off.
Hi, I use 80 or 90 GSM normal Printing papers to make flashcards. On some circumstances, the laminate can peel from the paper. This happens when the inner side of laminate is not fully heated, melted and merged with the paper. Try laminating each page twice. Or you need to try another brand laminating pouches or even laminator. Another option is to use cold lamination pouches. This is an expensive option but it will not peel even if bent.
